Update 10/28/25 had to go in for alignment quick setvice and honest assessment which is priceless guys! Def coming back for everything else that I need!
Needed a back passenger tire badly went in they gave me a great deal on it and service was excellent fast efficient and out b4 my shift very friendly folks and they do avwide range of services not just tires ok they do custom wheels alignments brakes shocks and lift kits highly recommend to my community! safe driving out there my fine friends!

The Brake Shop employees are dishonest and tried to scam me on the price by changing the quote/price three times!
I received a quote by phone from an employee for a service. So I came in made sure I spoke with the same person that gave me the quote by phone, verified the price I was quoted and left my car for the service.
After waiting for about 20 minutes, the employee let me know the quote/price was incorrect because I gave him the wrong year for my car. I knew I did not give him the wrong year but when I asked him to please repeat what he said, he changed what he said to my car door had the wrong vehicle year on the manufacturers label, next to the Vin# and the quote would be $45 more for my year vehicle. I understand mistakes happen, even though I’ve never heard of an incorrect year being on the inside of the car door. After receiving the quote for $45 more, I inquired about an upgrade, which he quoted for about $100 more. I was unsure but asked questions and decided to start work on the at upgraded price quote. He did apologize for the mistake. I accepted the upgraded price quote not the original cheaper quote and waited for the work to be done. About 1hr later he apologized and told me he did not have the part and he would order the part and could come back tomorrow. He also said the 2nd quoted price for the upgraded work is really more expensive but since he made a mistake, he will honor the quote he had just given me. I agreed and left. He called about 2hrs later to tell me the part was in, I told him I would be in tomorrow.
I called the next morning to let him know I would like to request the none upgraded price quote instead of the upgraded quote and would be there for the work. He said the 2nd quote was wrong for the non upgraded work and it would be more expensive. I explained the quote was already changed/increased 2x why is it being increased again. He said the quote was for a different year. I explained he already said he made the mistake and would honor the 2nd quoted prices. He said he would only honor the quote for the more expensive upgraded work, not the 2nd quote for the less expensive non upgraded work. Even though both 2nd quotes/prices were given together for me to decide. Now that option is gone because I choose the less expensive option. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Spoke to Donald- he said he would run some numbers and see what he could do. He called me back later and gave me a totally different 3rd, more expensive quote and said it was all he could do then suggested I get the upgraded work done because it was a better deal and they would honor the same price I was quoted on the more expensive option but would not honor the other price I was quoted for the needs expensive option.
So I was quoted 3 different prices for the same work and each time it got more expensive. I actually accepted it the first 2 times but by the 3rd time, I knew it had to be a scam.
I just want to say, I’ve been going here for years and never received this type of treatment, they’ve always been so straightforward and honest. I don’t know what happened but something has changed and I won’t be back. Making a mistake is one thing but being dishonest is another!

Over the many decades I’ve lived in the AV I’ve always used the Lancaster Tire Store for any of my suspension work on the various vehicles I’ve owned. Most recently I had a steering stabilizer upgrade for our new Jeep, in and out like always and I even questioned the price for labor, unbelievably low. Knowledgeable, reliable great service, great prices and never had to return with a complaint. I use the local Rosamond shop for any and all tire repairs I may have encountered over the years their shop has been opened there. Friendly, efficient and straightforward… in and out with a smile.😊

THIS PLACE IS SHADY AS HELL. They didn’t get the job done. mysterious blunt wrappers, half ass work. Just SHADY. So, I’m posting this late because I moved and couldn’t find the receipts for the services I paid for. They DO NOT keep any kind of records of the work they do on the cars. Big red flag. Two, they had my car almost 2 weeks (because I had the wrong parts- I went to auto zone multiple times and they even spoke to the employee to make sure I brought the right parts ) but when I got back in my car why were they “Dutch” blunt wrappers in there?! SHADY AS HELL. I had just had it vacuumed out and detailed before I took it, all the times I cleaned it before then that was NEVER in my car. SHADY. I went here after they quoted me for suspension work and an alignment, and they told me they were doing the front and back, we went back and forth for TWO weeks and I took it to another mechanic who went under the car and explained that they definitely didn’t do anything to the back, as you can see the back still has the stock parts. The original quote for the alignment was $60 I believe, they charged me $40. As the other mechanic pointed it out, they did not do an alignment. The back tire is much further under the metal part above the tire, it looks very different than the front. I went back and forth with DINO and paid a lot of money for a half ass job. Smfh I’ve seen not one but two other mechanics who were shocked that I took this to a “professional” shop. SHADY.

There's a reason they have all those plaques on the wall. They are the very best at what they do. I got chewed out by one of the the guys for not rotating my tires. He said it hasn't been a year since we sold you the old set. That's the kind of customer relationship they have. They care and show it. Wull recommend to any one you will not be disappointed.

I came here to have my TPMS sensors and wheels swapped on my Tesla, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team provided a very reasonable quote compared to other shops in the area, and the work was done quickly and professionally. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire or wheel needs!
