“Rented a 6' x 12' enclosed trailer to haul some furniture. They were able to secure our reservation easily and were friendly on the phone. Everything went smoothly and the people at the drop-off location were very friendly and easy to work with. Prices were pretty fair for the equipment and distance we traveled. Overall we were very satisfied, and will most likely use them again if we find ourselves in a similar situation.”

“This was only a drop off for me on April 6th of a 20 ft truck. Was very easy All steps along the way were surprisingly easy. I pre-rented the truck or I guess reserved it you would say I picked it up we filled it up and we I drove it out here to Antelope valley no problems. When we were done I dropped it off a mile from my house after filling the gas tank and it was smooth. Just dropped it off showed him the paper I think he signed something and that was it. I really liked the convenience.”

“geezus flippin christ, couldnt find my d.l. so i was running around last minute during a move trying to find a driver. i rented out 2 trucks less than 6 months ago from them. i know they have rules but damn, look in ur files or photo copy my i.d. with my d.l. number on it or something. but, every time ive rented from then they are ALWAYS very lenient on letting ur return it a little later with no extra charge. ill give em props for that =)”

“QUARTZ HILL: We did have a little issue with getting our truck at the time expected but they were very friendly and also accommodating. And kept the communication active. Sometimes things happen beyond ones control, it's all about the customer service that is received during the situation. So even with the glitch I would definitely use them again and recommend them.LANCASTER: Thank you for accommodating us with a truck during the glitch. Yes it was bit further out of our way but once again, things happen. But customer service on both ends were great. Definitely would recommend!”

He kept a professional and calm manner to ensure each customer understood their responsibilities of renting a moving truck. During a rush of customers waiting for reservations, he provided efficient time to process check-in in order to satisfy their needs. Would recommend his business for people in local area. Best advice for future customers is be considerate to the worker/manager who has experiences assisting an abundance of customers. You are entrusted to rent trailer / truck with care and cleanliness. “It makes a big difference when you get help in a place that you don't know much about . I wanted to buy laminated tiles ( handyman's suggestion) for my kitchen. I went to Home depot and I have no clue what I'm looking for, or how many pieces I need to buy for 160 square feet area. I asked for help, a lady ( I'm sorry i forgot her name ) came showed me where to find them and explained what is laminate flooring. And figured out how many planks I needed to buy. And she helped me get boarder, and other things that the installer asked for. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure i got the right things. It didn't stop there, the cashier(Nora) was so nice, the manager (Daisy) was amazingly helpful and the guy who helped carrying all this to my van had a nice smile and was so courteous . This is how customer service should be. This is what you call a team work ! Every one was happily doing their job. Way to go Home Depot!! Thank you for making life easier for us .”
