“Pursued my rental online but went into the office to make sure everything was squared away. Tanisha and her Assistant Manager were amazing in their help. Kindly explained to me where I could find my unit. How the Digital gate access works and just really made me feel in the right place. Thank you for that.”

“I went here to get a unit for some event items we have. I have never done a storage unit before and I know nothing about them or about the process. I was planning on checking out a couple as the prices were different. Sally greeted me as soon as I entered and made me feel at ease immediately. She was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I had. She was so accommodating that I signed up with them and there and didn’t even need to go see the others. I waited until after move in date to write this review to make sure all was well and it was perfect. It went just as smooth as sally said. We are Extra Space customers solely because of her. Highly recommend.”

“Just rented a unit at Nova Storage Lancaster. From the initial phone call with the call center to checking in with Maria at the location, everyone was super helpful and welcoming. This is the first time im renting a storage facility so it was really appreciated that they were helpful. I had called other storage companies and in contrast, their call centers weren't helpful at all. So far, highly recommended!”
