I have rented two trucks from this place within the last 5 days. The service and moving advice I got from the workers really helped make things easy. U-haul also helped me hire local movers which saved me a lot of back pain and time. I recommend using U-haul in general and this location was great.

From the get-go to the final whistle, these guys were as professional as a penguin in a tuxedo. The process was smoother than a buttered-up otter sliding down an icy slope - from booking an appointment to picking up my ride when it was all shiny and new. The mechanic even braved the great outdoors to answer all my questions, even the ones that were goofier than a cartoon dog. I'm so grateful, I'm gonna shout their praises from every rooftop and tell everyone how they're more awesome than a unicorn riding on a rainbow!

Avoid this place at all cost. The did more damage to my Jeep than they “fixed” trying to install a break kit for towing. Bunch of kids running the shop and none of them know what they’re doing. I had soo many crossed wires and breaks that they just rigged and kept going. Will never step foot in this place again. U-Haul is trash.

BEWARE: Be very careful when getting a hitch installed at the 42925 Sierra Highway UHaul location in Lancaster, CA because my windshield was broken during installation. There isn’t much recourse in these matters because honesty and integrity is a thing of the past and now I must pay a high price to get my windshield replaced and recalibrated. Sadly, I had excellent service at this location until this recent occurrence. Don’t let this happen to you and beware.

I really recommend this place to rent anything truck , trailer and storage even the prices are affordable and the customer service amazing if you go there ask for traci Roberts she is amazing customers service nice, professional and very helpful thank you traci Roberts your amazing ? definitely am always come to this uhaul to get my moving rental especially with you

The decline in customer service over the past couple of years has been quite noticeable, reaching a point where it is almost nonexistent. It's unfortunate that there is an individual, specifically a Hispanic kid with curly hair, who seems to be in dire need of a significant attitude adjustment. The level of profanity and vulgarity displayed during interactions with customers is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. It's not an exaggeration to say that termination might be a suitable course of action in this situation.

I have been here several times before since moving to Lancaster, but I just got my tank, filled with propane and wanted to make a special note about the wonderful service that Daniel Ward provided me. He was fast and explained every single thing beautifully. He even put my oversized tank into my car for me. A+
