They are very rude and disrespectful they don’t answer the phone they said that it isn’t their problem to do so the lady said they truck was missing as if I stole it because I extended it for a extra day due to them closing at 6pm so I had to drop it off in the morning not knowing you can drop it off after hours on the app which they didn’t inform me of when they rented it to me they said I didn’t ask which is weird because they rented the truck to me so they should’ve let me know that was possible which they didn’t which made me drop it off next morning they was so disrespectful to me it took them 45mins to come help me with returning the truck no one was in the office they yelled at me saying they truck was missing knowing I extended it for a extra day they over charged me a lot of money which was unnecessary I ask for their name they ignored me very rude and nasty bad customer service I never had any experience like this before I do not recommend renting from them at all I would not rent from them ever again I found out they guy name is Gerald I don’t know the lady name she has brown hair medium built very bad service

geezus flippin christ, couldnt find my d.l. so i was running around last minute during a move trying to find a driver. i rented out 2 trucks less than 6 months ago from them. i know they have rules but damn, look in ur files or photo copy my i.d. with my d.l. number on it or something. but, every time ive rented from then they are ALWAYS very lenient on letting ur return it a little later with no extra charge. ill give em props for that =)

I rented from these guys a month ago and only needed to move my belongings from Lancaster to Palmdale. The gas needle didn't move more than a needle's-width. I thought I'd be fine returning it as-is but was charged an additional $90 for not bringing it back with more gas than I was provided. B.S.! I can understand my mistake but I assure you I am thoroughly disgusted with the incompetence of Lancaster's business owners and managers in general and it will take something significant to bring ANY of my business back to Lancaster - maybe this is why the town is going down the $hitter. Oh yea, and the manager could barely speak English.......................... God bless this place.
