Been coming here weekly for the past 3 years to drop off orders from my wife small business never had an issue with them employees are welcoming and usually one or two customers are the ones that slow down the line with questions or help with the smallest things (and get mad when they don’t give them the answer to their questions that are completely out of the hands of the employees)
other than that people are friendly hold the door for you when you have a lot in your hand

This post office never opens on time. P.O. Box lobby hours are posted mon thru fri 8am to 5pm. The lobby never opens on time. How does the postmaster at this location keep their job?

Beware: they will lose your item and not reimburse you for it. They also don’t reimburse boxes or envelopes that you PURCHASE from them. If you have sensitive information to send, DO NOT send it here, unless you don’t mind it being lost. Customer service is also horrible. The two white ladies, the older one, and another one is middle aged— the attitudes on them are gross. Especially the old one with grey hair. Disgusting! Go to the post office close to 10th and J something.

Seriously why is the post office around anymore? If it were a regular buisness like a store or restaurant because of all the negative feedback they would have closed along time ago. Today I went to do a change of address and guess what? The lady told me all of lancaster usps is out of the cards and I have to do it online....and I should try Palmdale..The reason I came in is because I didn't want to do it online because they want your debit card to verify who you are (and that sounds hinky) and I walked there...can't walk to Palmdale ...Oh...my mom is in a wheelchair and we could NOT find ANY wheelchair access to this location either. So she had to sit outside in the cold. Thanks for that.

I have a candle business and I shipped some candles through them stating that my package was fragile this was in February on the 14th my delivery arrived damaged I had $100 dollar insurance on it and when my customer told me it was damaged I had her to send me the pictures and I filed a claim with them then they denied my claim for $50 saying that I didn't handle it in a timely manner so that upset me because I believe that they would hold themselves accountable for the damage I will never use them again as far as my business needs I call them negligent for the damage please beware of shipping fragile items through them.

Very frustrated with the post office on Lancaster Blvd. On many occasions, I have put in a request for a mail pickup at my home. I am handicapped and cannot get out. I go online and request a pickup. I got a confirmation number sent to my email. The mail person never comes. Then I got an email that my request was completed. No. This information is not true. This has happened to me at least four times.
