Seriously why is the post office around anymore? If it were a regular buisness like a store or restaurant because of all the negative feedback they would have closed along time ago. Today I went to do a change of address and guess what? The lady told me all of lancaster usps is out of the cards and I have to do it online....and I should try Palmdale..The reason I came in is because I didn't want to do it online because they want your debit card to verify who you are (and that sounds hinky) and I walked there...can't walk to Palmdale ...Oh...my mom is in a wheelchair and we could NOT find ANY wheelchair access to this location either. So she had to sit outside in the cold. Thanks for that.

I have a candle business and I shipped some candles through them stating that my package was fragile this was in February on the 14th my delivery arrived damaged I had $100 dollar insurance on it and when my customer told me it was damaged I had her to send me the pictures and I filed a claim with them then they denied my claim for $50 saying that I didn't handle it in a timely manner so that upset me because I believe that they would hold themselves accountable for the damage I will never use them again as far as my business needs I call them negligent for the damage please beware of shipping fragile items through them.

Very frustrated with the post office on Lancaster Blvd. On many occasions, I have put in a request for a mail pickup at my home. I am handicapped and cannot get out. I go online and request a pickup. I got a confirmation number sent to my email. The mail person never comes. Then I got an email that my request was completed. No. This information is not true. This has happened to me at least four times.

Very bad experience I had with the older Receptionist Lady, I felt harassed and discriminated since I got to the window. She got upset because I was paying cash for services. She insisted for me to pay with Credit Card. She said people just like to pay cash just to get change off of them. This was not my situation. I did not have any money on my bank account that’s why I could not use my Card to pay and I had borrowed $20 bill from my daughter to pay for this. I was embarrassed to explain in front of everyone the reasons why I could not use card payment. She finally said next time she will say that the US postal Service no longer takes cash payments. Very grumpy Old Lady, I just figured she needs to retire soon and try to enjoy life a little more.

I'm disabled so it was a struggle to climb the stairs at the entrance. The parking is across the road, but handicapped accessible. But people who are coming and going are quick to help open the doors!. There was a long line which went pretty quick, even with the Holidays starting.

I Stop going to this location 5 years ago. Because it's always something. This day I was desperate. Didn't have any stamps. I had them to meter stamp my grandson's birthday card inside a clasp envelope. Inform them what was inside when she asked. Card/cash package never made it California to Kansas. My daughter and I have informed delivery and noting was delivered. It's been 3 weeks.

They have lost 2 of my packages! In both occasions I call to make sure the package was ready for pick up and i was told “yes it’s ready” when I arrived they just never find it. The manager Mohammad had nothing more to say than well “I hope you can get it refund it or get your seller to send you a new one” and most definitely not in a apologetic manner if anything he was annoyed of having to come out his little office and talk to the person that called ahead, has waited for more than an hour , and just got his package lost. You may want to say he was just having a bad day but my experience with him was really similar the second time! I wasted around 3 hours of my time in total waiting for this manager and I have spoken to him for about 10 seconds! I had to ask “so that’s it you just walking away?”And he said “yes” and kept moving.

The postal folks are nice and helpful but they need to fix the sign on the door to show correct hours for public access for the Cedar Post Office

Great service with a friendly clerk, but it would be much better if it was air conditioned for the customers and not only the employees. As the heat gets worse, the place becomes almost impossible to wait in and the ceiling fans don't cut it! I get the wild west theme they're going for but unless they start offering true gold backed currency, update the electric a bit lol

All the ladies that work here are nice and help you fill things out when you need help. I work around the corner and like dropping off my packages and mail at this location vs. the one I live near. Also lots of space and tables to fill out envelopes and etc. before mailing.
