I’ve always loved this post office. I have never had a “grouchy” employee. My theory? Be kind and kindness is typically returned to you. They have been friendly and taken care of business. They get 5 stars from me!! Thanks team!!

I was helping out a friend send out a package to his grandson. The lady helping me was very rude and loud. She gave me a paper and told me to put the address on it. I asked for confirmation if I should put a name and return address also.she came over and sarcastically explaining each line. That is not what I was trying to confirm with her. She was just rude.

Love having a local post office, and it has that small town feel. It saves me a trip across town to the Lancaster post office. I can drop off prepaid packages easily for my small business. The people working there are always friendly. Could parking be better? Sure, but there’s nothing they can do about that. I’m just glad to have a local post office just a couple of miles from home.

The guy inside was very rude to me when I tried to mail out medical papers. I asked them if they can just seal my envelopes and all he asked me was where is my address to it. So I wouldn’t recommend going here for the tall guy who works there. Very rude and disrespectful and didn’t have to raise his voice at me.

I am a Washitaw Mu'ur; autochthonous to the Americas by consanguinity and pedigree.
On September 27, 2022, I came in for a simple notary service by the owner (Stan W. Boylan) who refused the service initially because I presented my national I.D. card for identification . Stan wanted me to produce a state I.D., which he has no right to impose (on Foreign Nationals) and no authority to impose corporate memberships obligations (on Foreign Nationals). I told him I will return with you policy proving my consular documentation is sufficient to prove identification. Upon my returning to the post office he recalled that it was in his policy that consular documentation would suffice and he took another look at my paper work. Stan fail to recognize the obligations of his office that he hold and failed to practice due diligence when performing his fiduciary duties. Upon reading to him his liabilities he took it upon himself to call the "policy enforcers"/"highwaymen" to remove me from the building for questioning him on his (nonfeasance) malfeasance. ALL BECAUSE I AM OF A DISTINCT NATIONALITY that is "alien" to the UNION STATES SOCIETY CORPORATION club. If you are a man/women that stands for FREEDOM beware of this notary agent and don't allow "willful neglect" stop you from enforcing your Constitutionally protected rights; these people have an oath to uphold, their refusal to act in honor will be only to the accessory and the principal's detriment. Lets end discrimination y'all! TOGETHER!

This place is all around bad. I get told misinformation about how to label my packages, I've been misquoted as much as $40 on how much it will be to ship something ($77 for an international vinyl record), if you have your package prepaid you still have to wait in line, the staff isn't knowledgeable.Just go to the one on 20th if you want actual service.

I have an online store and and I drop off pre lableled packages for my customers. Today, I realized that this post office did not scan in my last 15 packages. My customers think I created a label and never went to the post office. If you are a business person, avoid this post office like the plague.
