I got my car in April this year it been 9 months so far I have driven it to Vegas and back and forth to LA, Hollywood,Long Beach, San Diego and when I say my car is perfect only thing I got replaced is my tires & and headlights everything works in my car I have no complaints

Bought a truck from them , turned out to be a lemon since I’ve had this truck it’s been getting fixed and has non stop problems. Avoid coming here. They also work with a mechanic that “fixes” the problems. Just don’t come here avoid it even if you have a low credit or little money because it’ll put you in the hole.

It has been over a year since I had purchased the lemon, they gave me off their lot, They welcomed me and my wife in and were very friendly and did the whole act of trying to make us feel like we are "family" but let me tell you it was a disaster just a week after purchasing this vehicle. I was promised parts would be replaced, and I was told they would arrive 2 months later, and 6 months went by and I received nothing. The key-fob was damaged from the start and I was promised a replacement that I never received, and I ended up having to fix myself. The breaks were bad and needed replacing, and the check engine light came on only a week after purchase, I was then refereed to their mechanic who's solution was to just reset the light on the dash board instead of fixing anything! I then called the office, where I was told my message would be passed along to the owner, who never called me back after a month of waiting, and then I called again and they answered the phone but left it off the hook and didn't place me on hold. They then continued to type on the computer and even have conversations with other people in the office, and they did not even acknowledge I was on the phone trying to get their attention. Avoid this place at all costs, I should have used the lemon law in my favor, but settled with scrapping the car and going to Carmax where I now got the car I enjoy very much.

Five Stars for the Working Experience;I used to work here as a Car Portrait Photographer + Car Saleswoman + Assistant with Nick, learning how to be an effective Human Being in the Car Sales Industry. I appreciate his insight into a whole World of Cars.I appreciate Frank for allowing me to be hired and learn about this Industry; however, I don't appreciate when he disrespected me by yelling at me over the phone due to miscommunication on his side.I don't know if I would purchase a Car from here; however, I do know that the experience Nick + Frank supplied me with, the education and details of interaction from Nick, and learning not to allow anyone to disrespect me from Frank is priceless.Thank you; I recently found myself on-site at one of Sir Richard Branson's Companies performing relaxing Chair Massages to his dedicated Employees!

Horrible they finesse you ! They did me so dirty ! Why cause I'm white? they charged me extra fees without me being aware saying we will detail and some more for for free and come to find out they took 2000 out my bank and when I went back they said they will never do it for free wtf I have kids you broke me I'm going to take you to court to sue you ! Also they have people right good reviews for money

Sus AF… excuses for everything. Saying the car is at the mechanics when it not.. owner is taking keys home so you can test drive or even look inside.. SUS.. sketchy… don’t waste your time, as soon as I pulled up I knew it wasn’t going to be as pleasant as I originally thought.

DO NOT GO HERE!!I purchased my first car, a 2004 Honda Civic from here. It was at the front of their lot and everything looked nice (from what I know now, cars on display at dealerships are supposed to be their best ones). I paid $7,500 in full and began to drive north to trail Pacific Coast Highway to test my new car. My car started smoking heavy after work exactly 257 miles. I took it in to a nearby mechanic where they gave me a lengthy list of issues with the car. I called the dealership to ask what they could do. They told me I had a 250 mile warranty and there was nothing I could do. The car has been junked since then and I’m out of $7,500 now. I’m really shocked that this place is still open, but their time will be running out shortly.

BEWARE - very unethical dealership The General Manager, Nicholas Douglas, came off as the epitome of a sleazy, gaslighting used car salesman. Here's the backstory: Over the phone, the dealership's sales lead Antonio and I negotiated a price of $8,500 for a Mitsubishi Mirage. Antonio said he'd put the deal together and call me right back. A full day passed, and I never heard from him. (Red flag #1.) I called back in and spoke to Nicholas, who reneged on the $8,500 price (red flag #2), but said I could still buy the vehicle for $9,200. I agreed and drove 90 minutes to the dealership. When I got there, the car was missing several of its advertised features, including run flat tires, Bluetooth capability, and keyless entry. Were I to purchase all these features from a third party after the fact, they would cost up to $3,700. For the keyless entry, Nicholas said he could bring over a specialist to add in the feature for $300. When I asked if he'd take that $300 off the price of the car, he refused, saying I "already had a good deal." I reminded him that he had already raised the price by $700 from Antonio's quote, and that this was before I was aware the car was missing numerous features listed in their online listing. Nicholas said he wasn't responsible for the listing's content because I viewed it on CARFAX, and not on the official Valley Auto Center site, which had the "correct information." I subsequently pulled up the listing on his web site, which, not surprisingly, falsely stated the car is equipped with run flat tires, Bluetooth capability, and keyless entry. I have attached a screenshot of this. Nicholas then doubled down on the sleazy, saying, "I've been in the car business for eight years, and this is the first time a customer has ever had a problem with the fact a vehicle was missing some of the features we listed online." He was literally suggesting that every time he's had to tell a customer the car they came in to see didn't have all its advertised features, they took no issue with this. When I challenged Nicholas on making such a ludicrous claim, he doubled down and said, "It's true, I swear on my children's lives." (So gross.) When I asked him to confirm that some of the car's other advertised features were accurate, he sidestepped, and said, "Look, this is a good car and you're getting a good deal. If you don't want it, don't buy it." I didn't purchase the car, and will never be returning to this dealership.

I bought a Chevy equinox there several yrs ago. The differential needed to be replaced the warranty people said they are not going to pay for it, so valley auto did. The sad thing about them one day I was driving and got pulled over. I did nothing wrong so I asked the cop what did I do. He said nothing the license plate on your car are for a different car (stolen plates) I called valley auto told them they owe me $22.00 because they sold me a car with stolen plates. Edgar said I would get a check in the mail in about 2/3 weeks. NEVER RECEIVED A CHECK. I made payment arrangements and the morning the agency to took my $$$ out of my bank it got repoed. Will NOT EVER buy another car from that crappy place again nor will I recommend it to anyone

Before i start, i think this will be a typical review this dealer gets, so no hate or hard feeling towards anyone just an honest review. So, I called one day to request pictures of frame of a truck, Antonio took my call, he assured he would send me pics, never did. When i showed up to see the vehicle, i met with Nick, he was very friendly and helpful but lacked communication, according to him, he sells 30 cars a day lol, must be nice, right? One thing i did not like is that he said my credit was bad when my score was in the fair category. The problem is that this small dealer does not have a good network of banks to work with. I spoke to the owner a couple times and it seems like he works from home so he has no control over the office. Overall, due to my experience, ill give this spot 2 stars. Only go here if its your last choice, and make sure your credit is good, because if its fair, they will say your credit is bad and its not helping you LOL. Good luck!
