No associates to help can't get help at fine jewelry counter. Asked management said they would get someone. Wanted to buy wedding set I'd been looking at being advertised for$998 on Walmart+. No help ended up at mall and got set for more money but at least could see it and try it on. Similar but not the same. Shopping at Walmart has gone down hill and is only getting worse. Even paying for items you miss that human part of shopping.

Always crowded. But employees are nice. An had a cashier it in 7 dollars of her own money when I was short.on my bill. Very nice lady named Melinda tried to give her money back to her when I saw her working again . But she declined the money an told me pay at back to another person in need . Very kind an thoughtful employee . You don't see that anymore for her to go out of her way to help me . She I can tell is a blessing to her coworkers an to Walmart .

Too much bad in this store horrible customer service very disorganized clothes on the floor. Every time you go to this establishment people are fighting and just 2 days ago someone was shot. Very unsafe place to go.

Dirty both in the parking lot and in store. Even the laundry soap has to ne locked up here. Very sad

The cashier and seller were extremely helpful. I took a picture of the pool and he immediately gave me the pool products. I love the Customer Service.

Every time I go here I feel like I should be carrying a gun. Lancaster as a town is really turning into a pit. Alot of the cashiers I've dealt with at Walmart are super friendly and nice though.

It's a good place to go and do some shopping. It's a bit clean and organized in comparison to other Walmarts I've visited. Good customer service.
