Won't take patients with difficult needs. "I'm sorry, but we're not taking any new patients at this time." Really? LOL! Yeah, right. Like many institutions, they won't service individuals with chronic pain. They're cowards and too afraid of any possible complications in holding and dispensing perfectly normal pain meds prescribed by doctors. They should be ashamed refusing medical help just because it's inconvenient for their business practices. Don't support this behavior in our city and take your valuable business elsewhere.

Wished they knew more about my medication and alternatives to it. I had to call many times to get answers on how to order my prescription which is a controlled substance, but I need it for survival.

Called 10 times in a row only to get hung up on each time. Poor customer service!!! Will never use this establishment.

Amazing staff! My go to pharmacy for not only myself but my family. Everything is always pristine from the service to the wait times. By far the best pharmacy in the antelope valley hands down. Dr/pharmacist hasan, Mary, and rumese are all as sweet as can be and very informative. They will definitely make sure that you are educated about all medications that are being prescribed to you. Highly recommended!

PATIENT BEWARE they will miscount or give the wrong medicine. When Amber was there we had no problems for two whole years. Mary is an air head. In two month she once gave the wrong medicine and once the wrong quantity. I ask the owner to count the inventory in relation to what he has purchased and was not able to come up with a count. We have decided to move on to another pharmacy.

Closed before posting time and would not inform us on the phone if the medication was in stock before making the drive when other pharmacies told us just yes or no. Bad customer service.

I purchased some products for my 90 year old mom to check her blood pressure and O2 sat and the blood pressure cuff doesn't work as good as the arm cuff . So I went to the pharmacy and the lady at the counter said they don't give returns . I spent 134.00 with them and I will never go there again! Go to Rite Aid!!

My family and I love this pharmacy. The people are so friendly and take time to answer any questions. My husband has been using this place for years for his medications and supplies. They usually never make us wait more then 20 minutes. They also deliver prescriptions. I would recommend Valley Pharmacy to everyone.!! Five Stars.!!

Store owner kept my medicine that was for an exchange for another. But, I was charged for both medcines. He gave no medical suggestions on how to take the medicine. Google gave me more information than he did. Otherwise, the staff is pleasant and office quaint.

This place used to be very well run. But now it is horrible. The owner is very arrogant, The employees dont seem to be old enough to be handling perscriptions, and when asked a question about my new medicine, I was made to feel stupid. I wont be back.
