I am going to give a one start cause every time I go into this dam store ,they never really wanna help and there only questions is ‘did you do it online, if you did I can’t help’
Only thing they say is call this number
They are only there to sell you things not for any real help, switched from TMobile but thinking of switching back at least they help me when I walk in the door and don’t matter if I bought it online or not, I can also call up t mobile for anything I need but not Verizon it’s sends me though a stupid computer and not a real person, really not what I expected at Verizon especially there speeds, I thought I was going to get blow away with the speeds but t mobile speed is not far behind
Not impressed but going to see if this 10 payment for an iphone15 pro max is real so far so good
But like I said I’ve done everything online

Verizon is good in major populated cities. Hands down great service. But in the city of Palmdale it is horrible with countless dead zones. If the people running Verizon Palmdale were driven and not just accepting their Palmdale failure they would consider dominating Palmdale a thriving city expanding faster than you can build whole towns. Verizon get with the program and start killing it in Palmdale. Be the kings of Palmdale and not just the sideline piggy back service. Take my advice it will be worth the money.

Don't trust these guys they'll do anything to make a sale including lying straight to your face I wanted to get the new home internet they offer because of a promo where you can get a free Xbox but you can only do that online this guy lied to me and said I could do it in store sace your self a trip and the hassle just do everything directly through the Verizon app

My family and I went to Verizon last night to switch over from T-Mobile. I must admit I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a phone company. The atmosphere was very welcoming, Javier was extremely kind and knowledgeable he got us a great deal. He was extremely patient with us. We also got assisted by his manager who was very kind as well. My family and I thank you both so much for the experience we had and the laughter.I would definitely recommend asking for Javier when you go in!

I just went to Verizon store in lancaster off 10th st and instead of reps helping me they are all hanging out in the back room and there Is only one lady helping a couple. Terrible customer service at this store
