HORRIBLEEEE SERVICE!!! you make an appointment for a mani & pedi but once the pedi is done the tech— Lucky jumps to the next client and says the owner can do it. I address the problem with the owner because my appointment should have priority but instead she wants me to wait and says I should remind her. I have to REMIND YOU TO DO YOUR JOB!!! Mind you I’ve been going here for years and always get a mani & pedi… to top it off you can’t even make a complaint because no business license is posted for the shop itself or the individuals working. I’m starting to think their visas are expired or something because this is ridiculous!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!! Bring the old owners back who actually provided customer service!!!

The last few times I have came they have been very welcoming, very friendly as well. They did my toes wonderfully, I had went in today to get a pedicure and I waited two hours, people were coming in after me and were being serviced before me, they didn’t even acknowledge that I was there, this was the first time I had a bad experience. I had walked out because I was so frustrated.

I had to put 1 star to write this review. Terrible gel manicure and pedicure. I don’t recommend at all. My service was rushed. The polish was chipping the polish was thick I mentioned it to them, but they didn’t fix it.

They did amazing they did acrilic toenails for my daughter and they were perfect with flowers omg I recommend everyone to go if it's what your trying to get done you won't be disappointed

I had a microdermabrasion. And it was fabulous. My skin felt extra clean and moist. I will do another one in about a month.
