The pharmacy is rarely open at 8 or even 8:15 though it says 8 am. Twice in the last few months when they do open, I’ve been told they are having computer problems, it will be another 15 min or so even though this morning she told me it’s a new system? New system but come back that’s what I heard again today. So I’ve had to make several trips just to get each prescription. It’s a waste of time and gas. After several months you would think their computer problem would be fixed but it’s not. And about a month ago the photo department told me my order was ready but when I got there no one could find it, after 15 min of searching they told me they had to reprint it so I had to wait another 30 min to have that reprinted. This place has really gone downhill.

All the pharmacists here are rude as hell. Vanessa especially. They give so much attitude and talk over you when you are just trying to find out information. They are so nasty. Never going here again.

Pharmacy customer service is awful. Don't be surprised if they answer the phone with an attitude, hang up abruptly, or completely disregard what you're asking for.

Pharmacy staff here is absolute garbage. Very dismissive and disrespectful to me and other customers with an overall indifferent attitude. Also, wait time to receive what I needed took way longer than expected.

UnderstaffedThey had some hair care products under lock and key, which is fine, but I couldn't get anyone to come unlock the damn thing, even with the store being basically a ghost townNot sure if understaffed or what, but they don't seem to be able to handle what minimal foot traffic still shops there. Gonna just order this stuff off Amazon and save myself the 45 min-an hour wait

Service is crap, pictures were suppose to be ready at 430, not even printed at 430 and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for employees with attitudes to finally get my pictures

I dropped off disposable cameras I had managed to keep up with for 20 years with pics of my deceased child. I went in to pick them up only for them to tell me I'm sorry we don't know where they are. Memories can't be replaced with $20 Walgreens rewards

Last night I was trying to see where to go for photos and my mom suggested Walgreens. I was a lil skeptical because I'm use to Kinko or Walmart. Well I'm happy we went because we had two of the best best employees helping. In photos Jasmine was so helpful I wasn't sure how to use the kiosk or pick the right photo but she was super patient and helpful. I also enjoyed the cashier Jennifer attitude she was also friendly and helpful, both of these ladies didn't know how bad or sad my day was but the Customer service from them made my night!!
