This store has been going downhill for awhile.The staff knows nothing about the products & does not seem to care. Nothing is ever in stock completely-especially cosmetics & skin care. I won't be shopping there ever again--why bother-the employees don't care. CVS here I come

Pharmacy tech are lazy and tend to lie to you over the phone. I go into the store and pharmacist had to do the job of the tech.

Jane at the pharmacy is not only cold and lacks total empathy,but she's also not knowledgeable about this area. Although she received our ER prescription 30 minutes before closing, she would not fill it, saying it has to get typed up. She could have told usabout the 24 hour CVS in Lancaster and at least canceled our prescription so that we wouldn't have to pay out of pocket pocket. I only got this info after speaking to the Quarts Hills Walgreens. Jane lacks complete empathy and when we wereleaving in distress, she was laughing on the phone.

Everytime i go here terrible customer service. Asked 3 different employees for some medicine nobody came. Asked again for some assistance and nothing. 2 of them just standing around doing nothing. Horrible customer service everytime.

Horrible customer service. I called before going to make sure they had what I wanted the employee that answer said if it shows that we have then we should I wanted to make sure they had the item before coming. Turns out THEY DONT HAVE THE ITEM I NEEDED. Ooh the 30 minute curbside pick up is a lie. I’ve done 2 curbside pick up order and they don’t have it ready until the next day.

Employees Always seem short of patience and unknowledgeable of the products they sell and irritated when you ask questions. The stores pretty clean tho and they do have a decent variety of items but a bit pricey. EBT accepted here.

By far the friendliest staff ever… walgreens knows how to put customers first… pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful…

Worst pharmacy, called letting me know my prescription was ready. Got there waited 20 mins line then waited again for them to "find" the prescription...ended up leaving so they can find it...don't understand how it's ready but they have to find it. I'm pretty sure they're kept in baskets alphabetically?!? C'mon looks like we'll be going to CVS!

I see people leave good reviews on the pharmacy and I think that's just crazy because 9 times out of 10 I've had a bad experience. I downloaded yelp and made this review while on hold and they just hung up on me. I tried to refill my meds threw the automation but it's defaulting to 10 quantity instead of 30. Please Walgreens get a better staff or someone who can answer the phone.

Many years ago I came to the store on occasions oh I got many things stored for future investigation. The guy stated " don't come to the store I said excuse me" all these things are being written for future investigation and court of laws discrimination etc ...----shouselaw.com/ca/labor/d…Stating military veteran status
