I love Walmart but this particular Walmart needs to get more people working in the customer service area the line is about 15 people in line with one worker Now just sitting here filling this out there's 3 more people in the customer service line and one worker We have already been waiting 25 minutes

I like this store because I always find my products but recently when I go to the bakery to buy the brown French bread is smaller and smaller every time. I don't want anything free. But if I paying for something I want my product the right size or quality they used to be 5 inches now like 3.5. Inches. Come on people you charging 0.33 cents per unit. Lower the price them. Or make it better pls.

Went in to Day 9:00 AM to return Propane tanks and get more. Well the worker goes can't help you Manager has keys and not in yet. Thank You Manager lost a sale and customer.

Ridiculous that at Christmas time, a super store like WALMART!! Would only have 1 out of 4 instant photo machines working! Good job!! NOT No wonder Walmart gets a bad rep!

The whole pick up service has been awesome with my busy schedule and being an hour away from the nearest grocery store but the Walmart pickup here is the worst. Been to multiple Walmarts for my pick ups but this one is my 2nd time and it's taken an hour to get my order both times. Way understaffed for this service and doesn't seem it's managed well

The employee, Chris, who seems to generally work in the electronics area is always rude and dismissive in the two times I've encountered him. He's awful and couldn't care less about being decent around customers. I hope management or someone can teach him how to treat people.

Customer service is always subpar and average I've gone here on 2 different occasions to cash a check from two different employers and yet they tell me it's an error and I can't do it. Okay whatever. But the reason for this review is that girl with the hyperpigmentation on her cheeks at the beauty counter is the absolute nastiest woman ever. She ALWAYS has an attitude with me specifically doesn't matter who I'm with she's nice to my group of friends and when it comes to me she's EVIL someone needs to get her out of this position she obviously hates her job. She makes it a point to not say a single word to me and when I walk away and grab my receipt she tells her coworkers "see what I mean" disgusting person. Won't be returning.

What kind of store advertises being open from 8-8 min-sat then closes before 7, this place right here does that. Over the past month I've came to this Walmart to send money to my son in Texas and they have been closed. The 1st time I just left, the 2nd time some employees told me management is not scheduling people so they choose to close. Yesterday imtold by a manager named William that the system is down (ya because they shut it down) after he walked away a group of stocking employees told me the only reason its system is down is because management didn't schedule anybody again so they shut it down. Don't advertise being open to bring people in just to close early. What kind of management circus is in charge here?

Everything is locked down. And half the time there is no one with a key to retrieve your merchandise. There is a good supply of merchandise. Prices are good. But it takes way too long to get in and out.

I had to give 1 star that's for quick checkout for today. I have never been in a store that has so many depressed and unhappy employees, your lucky if you get a "have a nice day" sorry wont be back. On the other hand I've been to Palmdale walmart and the employee's seem to take pride in there work and are helpful and friendly.

This store needs a new management team: shelves are always a mess, isles are dirty, it feels so dirty. I don't feel safe there. The Palmdale locations are so much better especially the East side location! Even the grocery stores in Mexico are way better! I will not ship the again!!!!!!

Walmart sucks is there much more to even say. Worst customer service you can find has to be the goal. Made the mistake of ordering something online to have them loose it delay it didn't receive it for 2 weeks. Great place

Don't bother coming here. Everything is improperly labeled then when asked to match or at least give a better price for the inconvenience, the "customer service manager " refuses to do so. Not my fault your employees can't do their job correctly.

My review is for Wal Mart Pickup. I appreciate the convenience, it's easy and saves me money because I can't impulse buy! The down side is the picking up. Sometimes it is so packed that it takes forever to pick up. The attendants are always nice but BRING YOUR OWN BAGS EVEN IF YOU CHOOSE FOR THEM TO BAG IT. Every time I go they put one thing in a bag for half of the order, then all my cans and jars are loose and not in a bag for whatever reason. Just save the money and bring your own bags. And don't pick up on the weekends!

Wanted to buy some spray paint. Talked to 3 employees. None of them could open the locked case. Walked next door to Michaels. Was a bit more expensive, but I left with spray paint.
