What is going on at this bank. 2 tellers and a line out the door? We can never just get in and get out at this location. Not only did Wells Fargo close other locations so it makes it that much more difficult. Please hire ppl or figure something out.

Get some more tellers or stations for Seniors. I realize that Seniors are not who you're targeting for doing business with, as we already paid off our mortgages and we don't want to take out any more credit. The long lines for transactions that cannot be done online necessitate a visit to the branch! Ridiculous!

I have to say I'm shocked at the reduced staff and lack of customer service lately. I'm sure Covid has had an effect on the branch like any other business in town, but everyone else seems to be up to near 100% capacity. At Wells Fargo branch on Lancaster Blvd., there is Nobody to answer the phone. Nobody to take walk-in business needs. Rarely have a business teller available. The "Manager" is never on the floor. I needed to speak with a business agent and after an hour and a half waiting, I left.Every time I ask for the "Manager" I'm told they are in a meeting, "Please wait until I call you." But I don't get called and end up leaving the last two times. I need to make a business appt. but there seems to be no other way than to walk in, sign in and wait with the group in front of you. If time is money, WF owes us all big time for the failure to provide minimal service.

I generally avoid having to go inside banks at all costs but due to an online wire transfer I initiated getting flagged I needed to make the trip in. After speaking with a representative over the phone I was advised that the transfer would not be completed for 1-2 business days which would have blown up the refinance I was at the final stages of after a 60 day uphill battle. Upon entering the branch I was greeted by Michele who quickly understood and took ownership of my situation. About 15 minutes later the wire was out of my account and the refinance closed today without issue. While I don't plan on becoming a consistent in branch customer it's a relief knowing that when situations arise they have diligent knowledgeable people in this branch to assist.

Please avoid this bank. I called in to cancel a lost debit card and the representative was not able to help me. I went to this branch office to resolve the issue. The man who spoke with me made me feel like he didn't want to help me. He didn't mention how many appointments were ahead of me.

The bank people inside are All right But every time I have to call the online banking team they do nothing but lie to me I think it's about time I'm gonna have to switch banks because I just can't stand their constant lying about everything I ask them one thing after another they can't tell the truth I asked to speak to a supervisor no supervisor is ever available how convenient This is one of the worst banks I've dealt with I'm gonna be shopping around for another bank They just don't know how to tell the truth And all the calls are recorded and they still try and lie to me
