Walked into the store tonight to get a money order. The cashier whose name is Brandy saw me standing in line. I was the only one there. She was talking to one of the other store employees. You would have thought they were both on a break since she continued to talk to the employee and have me wait until her conversation was over to help me. When I made a comment about her apparently not being able to see me standing there, her whole attitude changed. How can you get mad at a customer for not doing your job? Girl find another one!

The service at WinCo is bad most of the cashier's are always irritated. They make me feel uncomfortable. It's always been like this the manager needs to realize that he needs to check his employees. I am never shopping at Winco in lancaster CA again.

Clean store, well stocked. Fresh fruit and veggies. Fully stocked while there today. I found chicken liver for fishing, bonus. Neat, clean and well stocked. Decent selection of food.

To anyone that shops here, be on the lookout for a lifted, white, 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD (pictured) with a black shell and wheels, CA license plate 7T14602 (tags are expired).The driver of this truck (White male) is armed with a knife that has a large blade and has been seen vandalizing vehicles and attempting to break into one to most likely steal! He was with two passengers, one White female and another male possibly White or Hispanic that aid him in his illegal activities.Security at WinCo is well aware of what's going on and act like they don't see anything, seems they're actually in on it. All seems like organized crime. So if you must shop here, (I don't recommend you do for several reasons) I advise having someone stay in your vehicle!

There are several unique things I can only get at Winco, in particular, their fresh pizza dough which I've loved for years. Great selection of veggies, cheeses, and good wine options, all at great prices. Lines can get long so I try to go early morning. I appreciate the self check out when I just need a few fresh non-alcohol groceries.
