I have emailed and called this branch after putting money into various accounts. Nobody responds and they are misleading with rates. Would recommend finding another branch or bank all together.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Amateurish customer service, and No One picks up phone in branch. And they don’t call back!

Usually not to busy inside. Pretty quick. A few times the ATM outside has been out of service which can be inconvenient at times.

Very unhelpful and rude. I have never had a good experience here. I have to transfer money to my mom who lives internationally and I have to make transfers in person. When I go in person to talk to a banker I usually wait 20-30 minutes and I have tried to call to make an appointment ahead of time but NO ONE HAS EVER PICKED UP THE HE PHONE THERE, EVER. I have gone in after calling them and there was no one in there.it makes no sense. They literally Act like it’s a burden to help their customers. Terrible customer service.

I can't tell you how disappointing my experience with this bank has been. I have been trying to close an account related to my mom's estate. I have literally been into the branch 6 times to get this done. They have lost documents, not scanned appropriately, and given conflicting instructions. To make matters worse, I have made multiple phone calls to both the branch and the estate servicing departments. I have left multiple messages for the branch manager, who has yet to reach out -- and it has been over a month that this fiasco has dragged out. I couldn't be more disappointed. With two other banking options in the Bon Air Center, I would suggest picking an alternative.

I couldn't be more disappointed. I have been working to close an account related to my mom's estate. I have literally been into the branch 6 times (!!!) and still do not have resolution. On top of that, I have made multiple phone calls to both the branch and the estate servicing department. I have gotten conflicting requirements, documents that weren't scanned that should have been, and indifferent service. After over a month of visits, the branch manager still has not returned a phone call. Very disappointing.

I telephoned days ahead to set up an appointment with Kevin for today 10/5/20 at 1:00 p.m., to open a saving account. Handicapped and on a hot day with smoke in the air I arrived only to be told Kevin went home sick and I was not on his calendar. Very unprofessional! I will try another bank.

If it was possible to give this bank no stars I would. Service is awful as the people there have no clue about what banking is about. It is not about taking my money and using it to fund Climate Breakdown. They are the number one Bank in the world for investing in fossil fuel infrastructure. I told the tellers there and they just said so what. I want a bank that cares about my community and have chosen a credit union nearby which uses they money to help the community they are in, and only that.

Went in to open an account for non profit. Kevin, the banker, looked at us with disdain, and refused to help us. We're never going back.

We had an errant check issue-funds we were paid but the check would not clear. Lisa jumped in and discovered a contact with a previously "uncontact" bank and cleared up our issue within an hour. Wow! Great stuff!

This Chase is easy to access, always has friendly staff and the lives to a teller are short. I wish there were greater access to a banker but that is true with all banks now. The tellers are friendly and efficient.

We've always had great service at this Chase branch. The tellers and bankers are friendly and helpful. We've had a number of account and services needs and they've consistently been prompt to help us resolve them and when busy, offered to call when they're free to limit wait time.
