Sooo… the pharmacy NEVER actually answers the phone at this location. They should just eliminate calling in if they’re never going to actually pick up the phone. Three days in a row I tried calling several times regarding prescription questions and they never answered. Please fix this problem. It is unacceptable. It is not busy 24/7. It’s ridiculous.

Currently on hold for 50+ minutes…so not great. Awesome that it’s 24 hours, but I also think that’s why it’s always the busiest pharmacy. Always a wait.

Beware, the Pharmacy at this location is poorly run. Who is the manager? I can imagine that they may be understaffed, but after calling and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, they hang up the phone. I call back another 20 minutes and the call drops. It is impossible to get some one to answer. This has been an issue for a long time. As for the front register section, the employees there move super slowly without a sense of customer service at all. It is almost like they are purposely trying to annoy customers by being as slow as possible. Just unreal. This location is close to my house, and I rely on it often, but it is Just the worst CVS I've been to, hands down.

This review is for the pharmacy employee Daniel. For Daniel, this is a big 5 Star review. I had a complex situation in regard to the cost of acream that I received. Daniel went completely out of his way and fixed the complex situation. He definitely did not have to do anything whatsoever, but he did this for me on his own. Excellent customer service by Daniel. We were so very impressed.

The employee Daniel that was working the window I went to for my medication was RUDE. I showed him my GOODRX gold app and number showing that my cost should be about five dollars less and he snidely asked "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR JUST FIVE DOLLARS? " I asked how long it would take to put in my GoodRX Gold information (That I pay for a subscription each month to make medication a little more affordable), and he said five to ten minutes. I said please put in my information so I will get my discount and you will have it in your system so I get the right price next time. I asked if he knew why my prescription costs over $50 here and just $16 at Safeway and he very rudely replied, \"YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET YOUR MEDS HERE, JUST GO GET THEM THERE THEN\". The audacity he showed to be so ill-mannered and customer UNFRIENDLY shocked me and when he finally rang up my medication for check out THE PRICE WAS NOT LOWERED TO THE DISCOUNTED PRICE I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET. That employee DOES NOT BELONG IN A POSITION OF HELPING THE PUBLIC OR ANY INTERACTION WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. He should be digging ditches by himself somewhere. The fact that CVS allows their employees to treat their customers in such a way has me looking for somewhere else to give my money. My next move will probably be writing the local newspaper about the gouging of customers. CVS (San Anslemo) is charging $202.99 for a 90 supply of Terbinafine, a GENERIC version of Lamisil that can be purchased at many other local pharmacies for as low as $15. AND the pharmacist DID NOT enter my goodRX number that would have lower my price to a still outrageous $110.82. WHAT YOUR PHARMACIES ARE DOING IS CRIMINAL.

BOYCOTT CVS.Vote with your dollar. Do not give them any more of your money.This is not an advertisement. I switched to alto pharmacy. They deliver, and it's the same price.I know that sometimes a 24 hour is a necessity in an emergency. But for those of you who get regular rx's - there is no reason to come here.They don't appreciate you. They don't care about you. They don't care about your family. They don't care about your time.They don't care. They won't lift a finger to help you, they are simply rude and we deserve better.Please - do not support this store. Let's put them out of business. Go to alto. It's life changing if you get regular meds.alto.com

There are lots of things that are great about this store. It's clean. Well stocked. The pharmacy is 24/7. However, the store is very understaffed, both pharmacy and store. The checkout always takes forever. Pharmacy line extends halfway across the store. Recently I went and used their mobile app to prepay for the pharmacy... this was TERRIBLE... I skipped the line with my prepaid barcode following the giant signs by the pharmacy that say "skip the line with the mobile app, line up here" with a giant arrow. Well... not only was everyone in line mad at me but the staff told me they couldn't facilitate that service. Either take down the sign for provide the service you advertise. Again, lots to love about the store but they need more staff.

I went after 7pm, was able to check in for my pharmacy need item. I waited about 15-20 min like the kind gentleman quoted me. Yes, it's a busy pharmacy and yes there was a line. But I got exactly what I expected when I arrived. Last mine pharmacy item, had to wait for them to fill it. I would come back and I don't live in this area. Thank you for working hard.

NOT A 24 HOUR LOCATIONThis CVS advertises as a 24 hour location however they are not. For several months the employees close the store and tape a sign on the front glass doors indicating they have closed the store late night and will reopen at 5:00am. I work 1st shift and have relied on this CVS for years. It has become an inconvenience to me now especially when I call to find out the actual hours and no one answers. There are employees in the store when I drive there and look inside. Suggestion: Update the store hours listed on yelp and google to reflect the actual store hours.

This review is for the pharmacy employee Sharon, she reminds me so much of Teresa, who disappeared a couple of years ago.Sharon, THANK YOU SO MUCH. As mentioned during our conversation, the quality of care at the clinic has plummeted dramatically. Physicians are either arrogant or apathetic, making the struggle to get care so much worse than it has to be.That CVS can't figure out how to make certain a twenty plus year customer who is there every month, that my medication is on the shelf is just more apathy in health care. I will encourage the State Board overlooking Pharmacies knows where to hold blame in the complaint I lodged with them. It certainly is not with employees at the store.Today was sprinkled with magic because of your willingness to go the extra step. I am not fooling myself, getting my medications this month may still turn out to be more of a fight, but the reprieve you provided today was exemplary. Thank you from the bottom of my cotton socks.
