A total joke of a business. I need a vital blood test for my 96 year old father and earliest opening is 45 days out. What a joke. The Bay Area has the worst service. Pathetic.

Be ready to wait 45 minutes in the tiniest and most overcrowded room you can think of.

I _think_ this is supposed to be the best of all of them? Pretty awful.
This is one of those places where time has no meaning. So you have an appointment? So what? It doesn’t matter. Time doesn’t matter. You don’t matter.
We don’t have a referral for you. We have one for Mike, but not for Michael. Why would your doctor send a referral for Mike if your name is Michael? How are we supposed to know that some people call you Mike.
8:15 appointment. Waited for 45 minutes. Every single one of the people in that photo is dreaming of sweet release.

The fastest and most professionally run location I have ever been to. It is very hard to find good techs. I really hope it reopens.

Impossible to get an appointment and doesn't accept walk-ins - very frustrating! I will go elsewhere

This place is bad. Technology is always down. Went 3 separate times for the same order and didn’t get it done due to them. Living donor as well. Pretty horrendous service.

What an annoying company! Hours are 7:00 - 3:00pm M - F only! Walnut Creek lab open 7 days a day until 8 pm!Recording encourages drop-ins but if you need to make a time specific appointment their website runs you through robo-hell and doesn't show any available apptmts for following 30+ days!If you have a simple question, forget trying to get a live person to answer the phone. pathetic.

I’m a big fan of LabCorp!I’ve had a terrible time in the past getting my blood drawn because of rolling tiny veins and they’ve always had no trouble. They’ve also have a compassionate staff and try their best to not have you wait too long whether you have an appointment or not. Not to mention, I’ve had better accuracy with my lipid panel and thyroid based tests.

Website lists as open but a nice surprise! Note taped to the door: "temporarily closed." Used to have 4 offices in Marin...maybe Novato is open? Call ahead whatever you do.

Despite posting their operating hours, they ‘closed’ for lunch at 11:20 (40 minutes earlier than listed). A note on their door stated “appointment only” despite their website saying otherwise. A simple ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ or ‘thanks for understanding’ would have gone a long way, but the rude staff could clearly care less.

Just had work done at Labcorp, and it was great! Reception was quick and technicians were extremely professional and pleasant. Lab was clean and the whole process was quick. Thank you

The most uncaring unprofessional Xavier and Chris. I told him I was a hard stick he never said a word or alerted me at any time. He couldn’t draw enough blood because he didn’t get the right vein and hurt me after a few low tubes he wanted to draw from my other arm I told him to stop and I left. He called Xavier who huffed over and said as long as it was at the bottom line of the tube was enough. I know I will have get my bloodwork redone. It was obvious they hated their job. Stay away.

Staff is always very helpful and there is usually hardly any wait time. I appreciate this location very much.

MOST OF THE TIME, they do a good job. Quick, precise, accommodating, and friendly. That said, Corporate seems to rule with an iron fist. This location is considerably nicer and faster the Noe St (Castro) location in SF. Sadness: - In 2022 I had a question about specimen collection that's normally done at home. Brought the swabs in. Phlebotomist freaked out and told me I couldn't use their bathroom. - I'm somewhat new to the area. I ask about local doctors who often ask for test X. Nope, no referrals can be given! Dear Regional Manager, please let professionals be professionals and stop with rules that your front line folks cannot or shouldn't state. This wrecks your brand.
