This store has adorable stuff but staff is totally rude and unhelpful. Every time I go in there they either do not offer to help or they are just plain snobby. Would love to shop here more but I always feel very unwelcome.

Amazing children store carrying timeless Brands like BonTon, Bonpoint, Petit Bateau and more as well as trendy Brands such as Veja shoes and Hunter boots. This is the perfect place for special gifts and just to visit for a fun & beautiful experience.

Very cute store, very bad customer service. Did not get greeted by any of the employees who were working there yesterday. I was looking at their bows by the register and the employees never asked me if I could use any help. The bows didn't have a price and because of their poor customer service I hesitated to even ask. I won't be coming back here. There is plenty of other cute stores like this one with employees who actually care to help their customers.

Beautiful mix of kids products with a stunning lack of customer service. A terrible customer experience in a gorgeous environment... .

Such a beautiful, well curated children’s store! My children love visiting this store and I always find wonderful items. So grateful to not have to ship for kid’s clothing and shoes online.

I love the English lady who works in here she is so friendly and funny. It's a beautiful selection and gorgeously designed. Everything looks so appealing and attractive and I love the birdcage, the little rides outside etc, it's a treat to come here. I have bought many gorgeous items over the years and always come back on our annual trip to the Bay Area and am always delighted with what we find. The kids love the rides and Lollies and I love the selection of clothing. Don't understand the comment that something was a ridiculous price, why did you buy it then

Buyer beware. Horrible policies... spent near $500 in this store, got home changed my mind on a couple of items less than 24 hours later and went back in to return a couple of the items I felt were overpriced - $180 for a toddler pajama set gtfo here! Was told by the cashier that I could exchange for a different item or get store credit. I was shocked - in an age where customer satisfaction is what get businesses ahead, this little boutique is in it for duping customers out of their cash! I totally get selling high priced luxury goods and having a policy that ensures people aren't buying, using, then returning... but this boutique... there is no signage near the register (at the time) of their ridiculous policy and no cashier will say before you hand them your money that basically all sales are final and there are no refunds. What a scandal! In my experience they did honor a refund when I pointed out that there was no informing of the policy prior to the purchase - but when I told a few of my girlfriends what had happened they said the exact same thing happened to them and they didn't get their money back. So unfortunate. I was hoping this place would by my local go-to for unique finds for my girls, but a business who does not value my satisfaction is certainly not receiving any more of my money. I hope this place either dies quickly or revises their "policy" to be more appropriate and in line with customer expectations.

I received a sun hat from Poppy as a baby shower gift, but it was too small for my son. I went in to try to exchange it but the lady told me that they had already switched to fall items and all summer items were gone. No problem, can I just get a store credit? No. She repeated that they were no longer selling summer items, so I was just out of luck. I'm sure my friends paid an arm and a leg for that stupid baby hat because everything in the store is courageously expensive. I was blown away by the lack of customer service at this snooty stck up store.

I had a negative experience there recently. When I walked in, none of the 3 employees even acknowledged we were there. And no customers were even in there! I already knew the prices were high, but when my kids started asking to get things, I had to say no. I have plenty of money, but the prices in store and lack of attention and therefore respect made me feel like bad about myself. One woman, I'm assuming owner did speak to us after awhile and was nice. But when a regular customer came in, and they were super attentive and talkative, it was more insulting. They have beautiful things in store and I'm not one to complain but I just think they need to know how to treat every customer w respect and offer a friendlier, more accepting environment to draw more business than the regular millionaires who must be keeping them in business for now.
