We arrived at 9:00 am, go thru self check in tablets and waited, after 15 minutes we were told they’re not taking walk-ins.Really bad customer service, could have take us in do blood work rather sending us away also are we the only one there. Quest management needs to look into there business models and comes up with a better customer experience.

Understaffed. I had an appointment and I checked in and got a number. They skipped over me and when I told them I had been sitting there and my appointment was 30 min they said I wasn’t there for 30 min. This place is a disaster.

Quest ithroughout the entire BAY AREA s a total nightmere - all run by computers and no appointments available. How can this company stay in business?? Wish we could select ZERO stars.

Tiny, dumpy little place. Total of three, maybe four waiting chairs. Only one staff member to run the little office. Feel bad for them, as many complain when they take a break. I suggest booking online as there is no way to book in person, or on the check in iPad system. Walk-in’s allowed only when someone doesn’t show up for their appointment. Good parking when I went today.

Completely chaotic, check in procedure. Waited 2 hours in the lobby waiting after getting a call number from the kiosk, others in the lobby had been waiting as long as 4. No receptionist, and no one attempted to talk to us, left in frustration.

I have gone to the Laboratory at 5 Bon Air in Greenbrae for the past 30 years, even before it was Quest. They push you to schedule and appointment or "we cannot guarantee that you will be seen". I will admit, when you have the flexibility to schedule an appointment anytime in the next week or two, it works well. However, finding the time slots in the morning for fasting tests is difficult. They treat seniors, very ill patients and those with language barriers poorly. I saw one poor lady who took an Uber at her doctors direction to get a test ASAP. They told her to make an appointment for 4 hours later if it was available. I am disgusted with their system and they are short staffed and have NO one there to help. The patients were trying to help others. Unacceptable. I will try to find another lab anywhere else.

Place was empty at 8:45 6/6 came as a walk in and had to search for anyone working there. Found out it's a 1 person operation and she was going on break and refused to do my testing. Avoid at all costs!

I'm surprised to see all these terrible reviews. I have used this Quest location twice and each time was served promptly and treated very kindly. Yes, they need more staff, but I'm also aware of the current HUGE labor shortage. Also, if you can, best to go first thing in the morning.

I had an appointment to get a drug screening for my employer and they called and canceled my appointment so I had to reschedule my appointment for two days later and then when I went to get my drug screening to get it done the place was closed due to lack of staff very angry no call no nothing, had to drive to San Francisco after. DON'T COME HERE & WASTE YOUR TIME

They mislabeled my first sample so I had to return to give another. I was able to book a quick appointment and received text reminders about it. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying the lab was closed due to an emergency. My time is important too and they should have notified the folks with appointments that they were canceled for the day. I have to make yet another trip to this lab to give a sample. What a waste of my time.

This place is 4 min away from my house. I was here to do a dropoff and I had to wait over 20 minutes to do so. There was no one at the front to help. I could have driven 20 min to another quest to drop off by the time they actually got to me. When the lab guy finally came out he took a patient that walked in the most recent and didn't even check the other patients waiting. Never coming back here again.

I made an appointment and when I got there and put my info into the kiosk it said I don’t have an appointment. Also there is no front desk person and only one employee present. They say they have a social distancing safe waiting room but that’s not true as there were 7 people in a 10x10 space.

The sign-in system for walk-ins was not working for anyone and the staff would not answer the office phone or come to the check-in window to help any of us. Awful service. I highly recommend going to the Quest in Novato on Rowland Blvd. It’s worth the drive and you’ll keep your sanity.

My walk in appointment which told me 5 minute wait actually took over an hour just to get to the front of the line. There was only one staff member there managing the whole place. This is not fair to the staff or the patients. Horrible place to get tested
