I don't even know what to say. What a terrible job they did. I didn't expect perfection but at least a little cleaner then it was. I work in the car industry i know its not easy work but this is crazy. Literally looked like not a single person touched that car. $85 Complete waste of money.

II had a problem, and Areal was very argumentative and confrontational about it. He refused to take responsibility or make things right, wouldn’t let me speak with a supervisor, and clearly didn’t care about the business or the customer experience.

Excellent service, friendly, informative, and helpful. My car looks great and the manager and his team went above and beyond to help me resolve a battery issue with my car by working with the shop next door to get a replacement. Extremely helpful and kind. Thank you, Jose!

Pro tip: pay for the 3 car washes upfront and get 1 free on the house. They will keep it on file by your license plate/ phone number / or first, last name.
Shout out to Jairo who’s always super friendly while he upsells me additional services. Also, grateful to Luis who great at suggesting services that keep my rig in top shape condition.
The crew that works here puts out despite being in the sun all day so much sure you hit up that tip box in the waiting area….

So twice in 1 month, pull up to get gas and a car wash. Trying to make sure to get the car wash price for gas. Group of workers standing around talking so I go inside and ask for the lower gas price, teller tells me I have to speak with one of the workers. I go back to my car trying to get their attention with no success. Shineology, you need to improve your customer service. I leave with no gas or car wash, shineology just lost a $200 sale.

They are pretty good but they own a monopoly in marin. Every car wash I go to is owned by this group. There needs to be more options. 65 bucks for a deluxe wash. My goodness. Monopoly = bad deals for public.

After spending $55. plus tip I had to go over a significant portion of the car at home with damp rags and a drying cloth to remove dirt, pollen streaks cob webs on the outside mirrors, windows and the front grill. The roof of my car was just a smear of dirt. Don't waste your time and money.

I brought my car in for a wash last Friday. They did a terrible job and left wipe marks on my hood and rear plastic convertible window. It seems they used rags with dirt embedded in it. The staff is too lazy to change out the rags and also very poor training. I recommend go elsewhere if you care abut your car.
