We chose the McLaughlin team to sell our home in Mill Valley. As promised, they delivered on every front - they connected us with contractors to prep and stage the property, shot great photos and got the property listed in just over 1 month. Also as promised, they delivered on multiple cash offers. We achieved premium pricing in a challenging market and we were able to close just a few weeks after listing. Team members Melissa, Hannah, and Wendy all were extremely competent, communicative and delightful to work with. Highly recommended.

Tracy's reputation as a top real estate agent is well-earned. She represented me as the buyer looking for a house in the $2mil - $3mil range. I did not know what to expect in terms of how much time she would have for me, but she was all in from day one. Going to showings on her own, taking the initiative to follow up with me etc. My first offer ended up being accepted in a multiple offer situation. I would use her again in a heartbeat, either as a buyer or seller.
