I have gone to this location frequently for over a year now and never had any bad experiences till the last couple of months. Usually the staff is really great and super caring, even when they are busy. The last few times I have gone the service has been rude, acted like I was bothering them, inattentive, and overall left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I love the drinks and how customizable everything is but the service has been really turning me off of going. Generally super sweet and great with new recommendations just never had any bad experiences prior to recently so it was disappointing to say the least.

Got the double torture freeze. Tasted great but was watery and not much of a freeze. Need to add more ice. I usually don’t have to ask for extra ice but I guess at this location I will have to.

We love collecting stickers! It is a little morning bonding moment with the kids in the morning! Also, I have a competition with my mom to see who could get the most stickers.Great drinks, and they're always willing to remake drinks if you don't care for the drink or there was an error. I like asking for Burista's surprise, especially when I want to get off my usual drinks. They haven't done me wrong yet!The picture is Luna (rottweiler & basset hound mix), at ten weeks old on Doggie Days, enjoying her 1st pup cup.Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy options and limited sugar-free syrups.Parking: The lines can get long if you go on a physical stickers, digital sticker, or giveaway day. The parking is limited, and you will get blocked in by the drive-thru if the walk-up window is open; sometimes, they close during the rush or are staffed. There is no street parking.

This location rocks! The employees are super friendly!I love the vibe here! I tip more than I paid for my drink.lmao I love the golden eagle chai with extra cinnamon whip cream, and caramel drizzle on the rocks!!YUMMY!! All their holiday drinks are bomb too!Love them all!!
