The dispatch people don’t care about the health and safety of the drivers. We are the ones that sacrifice so much. We are out in the elements while they are in a comfy office. Then when you ask for home time in weeks in advance they say that they cannot guarantee that you will be able to get home. They get to go home every night. When we are in our trucks all the time. They get to spend time with their families, but when we want to spend time with ours it seems hard to depend on them to get us home. Then when you have a problem with anything they will say that you are being childish. Is that how a company is suppose to treat and talk to their employees. Plus when you call after hour for the Washington office some of the after hour’s dispatch they just seem like they don’t want to help out any of the drivers. This is pretty sad. But with all that being said there are a couple of people there that are awesome like Roseanne and Shelly and Steve and last but not least my DM Kim.

My star is not big but olny time will change it. I have seeing things come but they can take just as long together quick 1 can post something like your work in an area where people don't ? to make a good decision by making them even look as easy to hold them around lawyers ? the way you make yourself feel comfortable with their actions in making decisions on how you can be treated like such as a thing I do want to make a difference when we get the time will get done for us ?? I know how hard this can be because we have to keep going through our lives of each day with you in an effort to help me to understand what is attending and what it means when the new up newly added long-term value to Lathrop yard.wash out the new features of the shower and TV and the first floor is small but the new look for drivers to injoy.inportent in this area where the big picture is the time away from your truck clean place safe for you to get a good rest EX:

Been with Heartland for almost 9yrs now. Lathrop yard is my turning point for fedex dedicated. Place is always clean. Very peaceful and safe place to rest your head. Crew and mechanic shop are there for your needs. Nice and they educate you on your truck.?Lathrop yard.
