I came in for a notary with no appointment and Rikki still took the time to help me. He was supposed to go on his lunch but instead assisted me and the other 20 customers that came walking through the door (and he even took the time to greet them). It’s not often when you see workers truly wanting to help the customers. The store was packed and I know how overwhelming it could get, especially when you’re trying to go on lunch, but he handled it with grace and a smile on his face. I hope his boss reads this and gives him a raise because he is the definition of customer service!

I brought an Amazon return to this location. I was given a return receipt, but the return never registered in Amazon's system. What happened to the return? Something is very fishy. Maybe they gave me a return receipt from someone else's return and didn't process mine.

I came in yesterday evening about 30 mins before closing, and even though at first, I was turned away for what I needed, Rikki made an exception. My other party and I were meeting for a time sensitive matter that was a 2 1/2 years in the waiting. Both of us were coming from over an hr away and I would have been absolutely devasted. I cannot thank Rikki enough for going above and beyond helping us out and giving us the time on something that was such a pivotal life changing point in our lives. Thank you, thank you for showing kindness and forfitting your time. You're effort was not unnoticed! You have no idea how much gratitude I have!! ?? THANK YOU, RIKKI!! YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER!

My first interaction with Rickie was really bad but today I had to go back for emergency notary and he was polite and helpful so I take back my previous review, we all have bad days but he made up for that

Worst customer experience. Lady working there was super rude. Gave 1 star because other person handled situation gently and shared enough knowledge. Won’t be surprised if this franchise got shut down mainly because of her rude behavior.

One of the employee is racist. Don’t want to comment but when I discuss with friends they said they had the same experience with that guy. But rest of the staff is really nice and respectful.

Ups always gets it done in a timely manner , and keeps there word if they say two days it's two days. And keeping your word in business is very important thumbs up to UPS!

One of the ladies who works here has the WORST attitude. I don't know who hurt her for her to be this easily triggered but she would find a way to create an argument out of any little thing we asked about. If you're not able to do something, just say so, no need to be rude about it. She has no business being in a customer facing role. I wouldn't even talk to a 5 year old the way she spoke to us.

Today Rikki saved me so much aggravation. After a long morning of trouble with my printer I finally decided to just go to my local ups store and have it printed so I could return my Amazon package. Rikki was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He did his job swiftly and kindly. I hope he gets recognized for being a great employee. Thank you!!
