This is the first negative review I’ve ever written on any platform, but I feel it’s necessary. I’ve been to this USPS location about 4 times and each time I’ve unfortunately been met by Ken, who is consistently unhelpful, condescending, and mean. Truly disappointing service. If you absolutely need help in a post office, please for your sanity, try a different city

Not surprised the dime slime guitar was stolen from one of the workers here and then resold to guitar center.

The worker there sounded very condescending when I had an issue with my package delivery. I was already distressed, and they showed no remorse for my situation. Extremely unprofessional.

Lathrop postal worker Morgan went over and above the call of duty in helping me track down a mislabeled package. She was creative, kind and persistent and personifies excellence in customer service. Thank you, Morgan!

Rude, irresponsible, and not professional at all. No one was ready to help, even after so many bells and knocks on the door(and I could hear two girls chatting while I was asking for help). Your employees can't do simple problem solving and also can't provide basic CUSTOMER SERVICE.
If this is the service of your USPS, and that's the standard you want to maintain with these employees, god bless.
Choose any other USPS.

On Monday the mailman delivered out mail but yesterday we check on a package and it said our driveway or front door wasn’t able to get to. Driveway was empty we were at work and the car that is in front of my house has been in the same spot since Monday. There is plenty of room. Get employees that are not lazy and can take two steps out of the vehicle to put mail in the box!

Staff is nice and has always been helpful. I think the negative reviews haven’t reflected my experience here at all. There are long lines, but it’s always a nice staff doing their best with what they have. I’ve only ever seen one person here so that is possibly why it always seems busy.

Packages dropped over gate every time even with notes on property gates saying to bring to door. Have had packages mark delivered but were not in the community mail box or property.

Hang in there Morgan. I'm sorry you're there by yourself during this very busy retail return season.

I'll give them 5 stars because of the employees at the counter:
1.They have always been very helpful to me & my mom.
2.They've helped my mom since 1993.
3.They're not always batting 100 but they do the best they can.
4.People treat the employees horribly
5.They're understaffed and that building is undersized for the increased amount of foot traffic. That building has been there FOREVER.

The customer service experience could definitely be improved. It seems like the employees at the desk lack enthusiasm and friendliness. While some customers receive good service, others are treated poorly and unfairly. The long lines move at a frustratingly slow pace. USPS should consider re-evaluating the staff at this particular location.

They have some young girl working the front desk today on July 12th at 355pm who is very rude and knows nothing about postal services. I had a pre-printed label that my mother uses daily for her business and was told this was the wrong label . She refused to even scan label and check it which I know she could have done to solve this matter . Please hire people with experience before putting them on the front desk . Bad enough we already get charged almost $1 dollar for a single stamp and now deal with rude workers who must hate there job ?
