I desperately needed some important photocopies last minute. Googled photo copies near me and saw on their website that they do photocopies. When I got to store they told me now they do not do them, very frustrating. Also had troubles at this location dropping of packages for shipment. They told me they would not take mine for some unknown reason despite this being a service they offer.

This Walgreen's does not follow the hours of other locations. They are endangering peoples lives ! You can't get your medications refilled on time, and pick them up after work. My friend has CRiTICAL health issues, that require medications to be taken without stopping. When the refills are ordered, they have taken MORE than 2 weeks to refill them ! You can be DEAD, without your medicine for that long! The Dr is furious with the disregard for customers health concerns. This store needs a complete re-education in customer care, and additional pharmacy help, and additional drive-thru hours of operation. This issues at this location, and any others like it, need to be escalated to the highest levels of operation. Does Walgreen's care if a patient has a STOKE, or HEART ATTACK, or DIES ???

Poor customer service. Pharmacy is overworked understaffed and is not properly trained on customer service. I have been here 5 times this week after getting messages saying prescription is ready to find out only 1 of 5 prescriptions for my son who has been extremely sick is ready. No info or solution. Not until today the pharmacist suggested I take it to a different Walgreens, something that could have been informed to me from day 1 of them saying, "We are still working on the order" .

This pharmacy deserves a 0. Granted that it is understandable they are short staffed; however, the pharmacist should train their techs how to handle phone calls. For the past 2 days, calling to speak to an employee after 4pm has been impossible. I'll be on hold for 12 minutes, informed via automation that there is 1 caller ahead of me. Then a tech answers with "please hold" and within 1 minute, my call is disconnected. Or my calls are transferred between rings and music. Yesterday I went to the pharmacy and called while i was in line. Their phones were not ringing. It seems they turn off the ringers at some point. They should just add an automation that they are only serving in-store customers at that time and not taking calls! I do not recommend this pharmacy. Unprofessional.

I have been going here for years .. this is the first time having an issue.. AND I WAS DISCARDED! I had my 4yr olds prescription filled. I get there to pick it up and it's leaking! If it wasn't for the tech that ended up helping me it may not have been fixed. So as we both wait for about 10min. I get a consult and then a new bag of medication. It was supposed to be a pink liquid. Instead they give my 4yr old MISLABELED bottles with EHITE POWDER SUBSTANCE in it! I call the pharmacy at 6:22pm.. on hold till 6:31 and SO CONVENIENTLY disconnected. Call back and yup PHARMACY IS CLOSED. I speak to the store manager and was told call a 24hr Walgreens! I cannot believe that he didn't even offer to walk over to the pharmacy and get the mgr or someone like the whole pharmacy shut down at 630 and no one was there! This used to be my favorite place! But after there total disregard and unwillingness to correct the problem the same night is disgusting of them!

Not anymore. I would not give one star but I have to in order for this to post. They basically can not keep their pharmacy functioning at a standard level for any Walgreens. It has been months of bad hours-closing early, closing the entire work day ,no weekends, nothing after 6pm, not filling Dr requests when sent directly from providers, don't ever expect your script to be ready even after personally calling it in days before. Every time you go the line would be a dozen people because the pharmacy was so jacked up & never open when it should have been! Just not worth the struggle. Walgreens owes the entire community of Lathrop an apology for putting them through horrible experiences while they tried to stay loyal customers. Bye bye Walgreens

If you are having surgery at San Joaquin General, do NOT send your discharge prescriptions here. Story time: My wife's docs sent her antibiotics, and pain management meds here around 2/2:30. They sat on it all day, and after multiple calls and discussions, we were told tohunt down her doctor to send it somewhere else because they close at 6:30 and even though they had had the prescription since 2:30, it was unable to be filled. The lovely young lady on the phone added a heavy dose of attitude and zero empathy to top it all off. Thankfully, my wife's discharge nurse was kind enough to send it to a 24 hour CVS in Stockton. Here's the kicker: They were unable to fill it because this Walgreens said they filled the prescription. Ha! I was there at 6:30 aka closing time when the "lovely" girl told me oh well send it somewhere else. Only way I could have gotten her meds, would have been to have paid cash...hundreds of dollars. If it were filled, my wife would have her CRUCIAL antibiotics and pain medication and I wouldn't have been on a wild goose chase. Now she must forego her antibiotics her nurses were adamant she take, and in pain after general anesthesia and serious facial surgery for almost 24 hours. The lack of communication, misinformation, and disregard for patient care is appalling. If you don't like your job, find another one. I NEVER take the time to write reviews but this one was necessary. Skip the b******* and send it to a reliable pharmacy. This is not that.

I don't like this Welgreens. No consideration. They just let the people fall in line waiting and then suddenly they will tell you . They won't accept you because it's time for them to close the pharmacy . Employee works super slow in pharmacy.

If your thinking of using the pharmacy at this Walgreens think again. They are so slow if you have a prescription sent in the am don't think they will have it ready in the afternoon. They take up to 2 days so if you need your meds don't come here. The people are super rude probably because they don't have enough staff not sure.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy ever... I had enough of this place... I can understand short of staffs, being patience for waiting in line for a ridiculous 45 minutes, then you face a very rude employee that doesn't care about you. No consideration and just doesn't care... I have been a customer since they opened on 2007 but the rudeness, I can't tolerate that anymore.

oh they are bad very slow lazy will tell you any over the phone, oh now just as save marts pharmacy is closing all records transferred to Walgreens Omg closed on weekends because they have no pharmacist

No star at all but I have no choice but to put one. Whoever Walgreens responding to this message, I understand that you get paid just to answer these numerous complaints and do NOTHING. This is a boring job for you. Walgreens is not a good pharmacy and don't have good customer service
