Took my car in for a diagnostic. They charged me double the price just to be sure what they were telling was accurate. they said they had to take apart more of the components to look inside. Come to find out nothing was taken a part and I got back a melted up engine cover. This review is strictly based off the first impression, as I decided I did not want them working on my car. The labor they quoted me was high, just for a few hours of work.

Very responsive and reliable when it comes to Accent Bmw. Superb Communication when it came to Breaking down the issues with your vehicle and cost and if you want to move forward on the repair. Oh words cannot express how I feel about my mechanic Johnny Prado and his team. When I say trustworthy sprinkled with a whole lot of INTEGRITY I MEAN IT. I've been cheated so many times by BMW mechanics I'm talking about the dealerships and independent shops. So much money spent for unnecessary parts and labor ?! But God sent me a mechanic angel ? yes I said it! Angel! That's my Johnny I never feel like a customer I always feel like family when I walk through the door. The warm welcome I get from the receptionists his daughter and niece!! Go see what I'm talking about! The name is Specialist for a reason...and tell him Taunya Green sent you!!

Staff is nice and professional. Brought my car in and they were able to confirm that a number of items needed to be replaced typical of my year and model. They were so nice to even replace an interior part that lost its trim I was about to replace on my own. My car runs better than when I got it. Definitely would recommend and will return.

Had two fuel injectors repaired in my 2012 6 series. Dealer wanted 2500, Accent charged me 1200. Melissa and Johnny are solid I found them on Yelp so I hope this helps someone

I had just bought my first car, a used 2016 320i, and a month later ran into some problems. My car had started to slow down and turn off while I was driving. I saw the great reviews for Accent and now I am adding my own. Accent is super close to my home so I dropped it off, got my diagnostic and the car was fixed in days! I have not had any problems since and loved how quick I was able to get my car back. 10/10 recommend! Thank you!
