I was greeted right away, explained the issue, and Andrew immediately understood what the bike needed. No upsell, no nonsense—just efficient service. A few hours later I got a text that everything was done. Smooth, straightforward, and exactly how a bike shop should operate.”
“What can I say that the other reviews haven't already? These guys are the best. Jack and Cisco always have the customer's best interest in mind. We purchased a couple of used bikes, which come with a 30 day warranty, and they were very conscious of our usage needs and price range. They had us test ride the bikes (which they give full service before selling) and made sure we were happy before purchase. I later damaged my bike and it was completely my own fault/not normal wear and tear and they still only charged me for the replacement parts (no labor), which they had on-hand and repaired in about 15 minutes while being absolute joys to chat with. As many others have said, this way of doing business is a breath of fresh air and I will happily be giving them all my business for years to come. Do yourself a favor and stop by and see for yourself.”
“Great bike rental outfit! Staff is super knowledgeable of paths and bike routes. They set me up with a hybrid, which had a basket for my luggage. They had everything from cruisers to xtra cycles and larger cargo movers. Their prices are reasonable and they have everything you’ll need. You can ride right from the shop to the beach, and as far as 20miles south.”
“We were in the area, and looking around to rent bikes to ride on the paved path near the beach. This place rents bikes for tourists like us to be able to ride along the beach. Their rates were very reasonable, and their service is friendly & helpful. They provide locks so you can stop, lock up the bike, and enjoy the sites. Have rented with them twice now, and both times worked out very well.”
“Juan the manager was soooo helpful today after I got a flat in my e-bike a few miles from home. I let him know I was in a hurry and, as soon as he had a repair rack available, he did the tube replacement himself to save me time. He also gave me a very fair price for emergency repair, under original quote. Torrance Bikes is a great local shop for rentals, repairs and sales”

“Had a shitty first experience, second experience was seamless. Upgraded parts are priced low and one of the only places you can find Talarias and Surrons near MSRP. Referred 2 friends who originally had issues finding the bikes they wanted who got hooked up immediately. Luna seat for Talaria xXx is well worth the upgrade.”
“This is a classic service bicycle shop. Just stopped in here and asked if they sold bicycle bells. The best experience for such a small thing - I bought a simple cute bell and they removed my rusty old one, installed the new one, and even put air in my tires while I waited. So nice.”

“Went in to buy a pair of MTB shoes, even though I’m not riding a Specialized bike, Alan looked up my bike’s spec and helped me with the right stuff (which turned out the shoes I was looking for wasn’t the right one). He also helped me picking the right shorts and helmet. He is awesome, and made my experience wonderful.”

“Amazing help on a Sunday afternoon — I was buying a helmet and got a great option on sale, but learned a lot about my choices from this really great sales associate (idk his name, but it was like 3pm and I just bought a used bike — you know who you are!!). Got me setup with a breakdown kit, talked me through bike maintenance materials and even their Saturday riding group. Such a great spot, will definitely be going back whenever I need anything!”

“Purchased two RX and both are up and running. There were any a couple issues and they both may have to due with shipping via FedEx. One, the front disk brake rotor was bent and had to be replaced and the other I cannot get the back derailed dialed in. I’ve had a couple shops look at it and one said it was bent. I’m not sure about that but seeing how the boxes were so beat up I need to look further.Performance is incredible. I live in Golden Colorado and as you can imagine the selection of terrain is endless. I’ve been to the top of hills and mountains where I had no business being. Lesson learned.Im looking forward to getting things fixed and riding this coming season.”
