Juan went above and beyond to help me. My charger port piece broke inside my phone, thought I was going to have to get another phone. He took his time to help me compare and contrast each phone to see which was the best bang for my buck. Conflicted, he called and found me a place to fix my current phone. Overall, I thanked him graciously

Messed up registering my sim card. My fault. Store owner put me on a store phone to somewhere & got it sorted after I told him I was in dire straits and stuck w/o a solution.

Honestly , i have had this service for a while and it's good . I do however dislike that I have to wait 2 weeks to pay a phone bill because customer service doesn't work.

Negative 10 stars, repeat Negative 10 stars. Don't go here, you'll be disappointed, lied to, and receive the worst customer service possible. I came in to switch over from Metro PCS to Boost. I was told that my phone was unblocked and that they could definitely switch me over. Once the phone was switched over the store discovered that my phone was not unblocked by Metro and it would take 72 hours before I could possibly use Boost service. I asked for my $50 back because I can't go 72 hours without a phone. They not only refused to give me back all of my money but I had to beg them to get the Boost account # and password so that my phone could be switched back to Metro PCS. The owner intervened and gave the worst service possible. I had to wait 2 hours to get my phone reassigned to Metro. This owner should take some communication and customer service classes. Who tells a customer to go 72 hours without service and won't help them restore service at no cost for an error that was made by the store. NEGATIVE 10 STARS, REPEAT NEGATIVE 10 STARS. Now I know why the company has such poor ratingS for customer service. NEVER AGAIN, NO MAS!

went in to pay my bill and there were other customers who were being helped. There was only one employee that was visable and she appeared to be quite young yet she greeted me and gave me the opportunity to explain I was there simply to make a payment. She acknowledged that and finished up something she was doing and was able to take my payment real quickly without causing any huge delay for the family she was helping. I was in and out and on my way with no waiting and was impressed by her good customer service skills especially for as young as she seemed and I could tell from the little bit I witnessed that she didnt have a group of easy customers they had a lot of questions and obviously hadn't been able to decide what they wanted before they got there. I am not typically a Boost Mobile customer however I was in need of a phone and got a great deal. The phone was new just needed activating and I haven't had any reason to complain.

Best costumer service here, I highly recommend this location to do any switch over or an upgrade. Maria was the sales representative who helped me out she was really nice and helpful

Maria the sales rep was great, she solved my problem. The customer service rep I was on the phone with for 30 minutes didn't solve my problem or send me the email that was to help with my problem. Maria didn't stop assisting me until my problem was solved. Great service

The guy not nice I knock the door because I got here before 7pm and he ignore me HE SHOW UP later and said its close , I come here because a girl who works here it's super NICE , BUT SHE'S NOT HERE TODAY! !!
