Cali Games is a retro gaming store considered the best in Southern California, maybe even the state, and is seen as way better than GameStop. The store offers an amazing experience with amazing prices and everything they offer is described as out of this world. It is a place where many have grown up going, and now a new generation visits, finding great deals on new and used games, consoles, figurines, plush toys, and other items to give a room a gamer vibe. All products are in great condition and come with warranties. The store also has a phone repair shop inside.
The staff and ownership receive high praise for being sweet, wonderful, and knowledgeable, with particular mention of the owner who has been there for years and ensures no faulty product leaves the store. The team makes the experience even better, with employees noted for being helpful and even offering free items like stickers. Customers appreciate the ability to trade games and also mention the availability of cold candy and soda. The store has grown significantly from its original size, overcoming challenges, and has earned strong loyalty and recommendations from its customers who plan to return.

This place was incredibly helpful for gamers to find games. I was able to browse the Nintendo Switch catalogue and look for games that I was interested in. The lady at the front with glasses named Louise was very welcoming and kind to customers coming in. Appreciated the service!
