This is the greatest Porsche mechanic in all of the SOuthern California region...as Robert is truly a fair, incredible, & kind man who will repair your car for the cheapest price possible while never trying to gouge you like the creep in Manhattan Beach who is the worst money-grubbing con man. I will not name that mechanic, but I challenge anyone to even give him one chance to give you an estimate...with his endless blathering to get you into his shop....when you will find out how he increases your bill by 10 times. He came back at me in my YELP review with such BS like I never heard in my life, and all he did was lie, exaggerate, & call me a liar. THIS OTHER business is run by a car selling CON MAN, while Robert here in DUTCH TREAT is truly the most honest, kind, reliable, fast, & talented mechanic who saved us thousands of dollars. Robert saved us $2500 on the AIr Oil separator where the other Manhattan Beach rip off place wanted the highest price we ever heard as opposed to Robert who charged us less than $350 for an entire new system along with three other repairs. I promise you...try DUTCH TREAT, and see that Robert does the best work...and gets the job done for a fraction of anyone's price in just a day. THANK YOU ROB....You are the greatest....

I used Dutch Treat for the first time last week for my 2014 911. I found Robert to be on time, honest and he did a great job. I had been using the dealer because of warrantee but the warrantee is over. Robert did not try to sell me stuff I don't need or want (like the dealer) and he actually took a good look at the car and didn't find anything except the original battery. We replaced it. The dealer was always trying to sell me services I didn't need or want.

We purchased a used Porsche and we had Dutch Treat do the PPI inspection. Was so happy with the service. As a long time Porsche collector you can tell when they know their stuff. Would 100% recommend and I will be returning for services.

It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my '63 356B, Robert has earned my complete trust a hundred times over. He does great work, is honest about what you SHOULDN'T spend money on (the list is long with a 59 year old car!) and is really reasonable. Dutch Treat has my business for the next few decades that this car and I will be around!

I take my Porsches to Dutch Treat and I have to say the owner is the most honest, knowledgeable and experienced Porsche mechanic I have been to. Labor is very fair and he gave me honest advice about what needed to be repaired vs replacement. Kudos to Dutch Treat!

Dutch Treat has been the only shop to service my 1977 Carrera 3.0 for almost twenty years now. I live almost an hour away -- and the commute/transportation from Pasadena to Lawndale is truly worth the effort. All the good things you can read in other reviews about Dutch Treat are absolutely true -- and my own experiences support them. Glad to have Robert and the team on my side and for their great care and service of my "beast/baby".

I was stuck in a jam because the wheel lock key was lost to my 97 boxster, Robert and his team helped me out immediately and treated me wonderfully. Super friendly guys and overall a wonderful business. I work on all my own cars but if I ever have something out of my league I won't hesitate to come here

I couldn't thank Patrick and the Team over at Dutch Treat enough for getting my 1970 911T back on the road! I appreciate all the time and attention in dialing it all in... it's apparent the Passion for Pcars run deep. Highly recommend and a great asset to the Porsche Community. A+++

I have been recommended to this place by two strangers I met at cars and coffee in Southbay area. My 1986 Carrera 3.2 was leaking oil so I made an appointment right away. Robert pointed out 3 possible cause of leak in just 2 hours I left the car there, and he was able to fix it in one day, and it only took replacement of oil return tube to fix the leak perfectly. The place I used to go before would've taken 3 days minimum and charged a lot more. Thanks Robert I will be back for my other 911 which needs service soon.

My daughter's 911 needed change of brake pads and rotors. Had I taken this to a dealer, I would have paid about $1,400 more. Robert is the one who helped us. He said the car will be ready by 1 p.m. today, and it was! There was this one shop which I won't mention by name. They gave us a time and it was 4 hours past due. Robert really knows what he's doing. Everyone who has a Porsche knows of Dutch Treat. Multiple people have recommended Dutch Treat!!! They did such an excellent job.

I recently bought a Porsche and did due diligence researching Porsche mechanics throughout the South Bay and Los Angeles areas. The name that kept coming up with positive reviews on Porsche sites and forums was Dutch Treat Porsche Repair in Lawndale. I recently brought it my car for a thorough inspection to see what condition the car was truly in since the Pre-Purchase Inspection provided at another auto shop did not give me much information other than it needed brakes and shocks. After the inspection I was told that I did not need brakes or shocks, thus saving me a few thousand dollars. Turned out that all I needed was a tuneup. The owner Robert was very honest and did not try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs but gave some valuable info on the in's and out's of the Boxster and what to lookout for to avoid any major repairs down the road. Dutch Treat is an absolute SAVIOR!!! I highly recommend Robert at DUTCH TREAT for all your Porsche repairs and servicing!!!
