“I was hesitant to take work out a class after experiencing a bad ankle injury. However this class absolutely exceeded my expectations. The pool is heated and the warm water made the experience easy for me who doesn't love to work out. Highly recommend anyone to try a class with Criselda. She was welcoming, kind and able to make adjustments for my circumstance while giving us a fun high intensity low impact workout. Overall great class great experience, far better than any spin class Ive ever taken. I had a lot of fun and will definitely be coming back again.”
