DANIEL TOOK ME IN AFTER CALLING TO GET CLARIFICATION ON WHAT ALL I NEED TO BRING. HE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY, AND ENSURED THAT I WILL BE IN GOOD HANDS! WHEN I ARRIVED TO THE LOCATION, HE OFFERED ME WATER, AND WAS JUST A PLEASANT PERSON. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN GOOD HANDS AND HE WALKED ME THROUGH, ENSURED I UNDERSTOOD MY RETURN AND MY ADVANCE (In which he reached out to me to inform me that I had received it on his end). HIS COMMUNICATION WAS A1, CUSTOMER SERVICE A1, HOSPITALITY AND PERSONALITY A1! HE EVEN OFFERED ME ANOTHER CARD, AND WALKED ME THROUGH SETUP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, AND ASK FOR DANIEL.

tax preparer gave me wrong address to mail in my payment. I spoke with IRS agent - I provided her with the address that was given to me by my tax preparer. she said it was the wrong address. now I have to stop payment on my check (costs me $20).

Daniel Garcia. Come see Daniel Garcia. We came in expecting nothing but bad news. This young man actually helped us out and figured us a way to make sure we got our full refund. This has to be the best place ever to do your taxes. Wonderful customer service and very very helpful and knowledgeable. I encourage everyone to come to liberty tax. Daniel help my mom and I do taxes and he did an amazing job. This is my first time doing taxes and he helped explain everything and did his best to leave us satisfied. Highly recommend coming here and will back again.

Best tax experience!I usually dread tax season all together, but this tax processing experience was peaceful and efficient. My tax return is always complex, tedious and also time consuming. Daniel not only was more informative than my previous tax preparer, but adhered to my appointment time which is so respectful of my time and schedule. More importantly the process was so seamless it felt enjoyable. Thank you and you now have a lifelong customer.

By far the best experience I had doing my taxes In 18 plus years. Not enough room here to describe how wonderful these guys are. Made me feel welcome and I have a complicated tax return and my old guy retired so I needed new tax prep person and I am so glad I walked into this office. Answered all my questions and I walked away with many helpful tips for my taxes next year. Thanks ? guys u got returning customer for life
