Absolutely the worst customer service! They truly just don't care. Late or no show for work. Jeff blames everyone but himself. Don't use them. It's not worth it.

We used Lucky Glass in 2018 to install some large picture windows. Unless you want your windows to eventually end up like ours , I wouldn't recommend them. They do not back their products or glass and we found that they get their glass from another source and they do not back their product either. These windows cost $5000 and now we have one with a faulty seal and a film dripping inside of the 2 glass pieces!

i agree with most of the poor reviews. Had our shower glass installed by Luckys glass and needed them to come back out to complete the job with the shower seals and replace others. Called numerous times with zero response. clearly they don't want the work.

Made appointment to have a small window panel replaced, took days for the person Richard to come out and measure the window. He said he would be back to install the replacement glass in a day or two. Never called to setup time to complete the install. Total flakes. Don't use this company.

Had to call three times to get a call back for a visit to measure for a new shower door. Finally set up appointment. No one showed up after I waited for three hours. I called, they finally got back and said too busy to show up and would call back to reschedule. Never called back. Richard was totally non responsive.

Lucky's Glass was great to work with. I met with and spoke with Richard to get the shower measured. He walked me through the options I had for hardware and gave me an estimate. Richard was very easy to work with and did not beat around the bush like other sales people I've had to interact with as I'm moving into my new home. Richard was very responsive via phone and email. On the day of the installation, Mario and Vinny arrived promptly and installed the frameless sliding shower door with matte black hardware and it looks amazing. Mario and Vinny were very friendly and easy to work with! would gladly work with Lucky's Glass again in the future.

If there is a problem with your installation, do not expect them to come and fix it. They will take your messages and tell you someone will call you back, but they won't call you back, they won't email you back, they won't text you back. Just sayin!
