I waited in line and when it was my turn the lady working wouldn’t help me because she had to go to lunch. Didn’t bother to tell me before instead she waited until it was my turn. Very disappointed… lost time

Dude seriously I have been living in a nightmare and just now a angel here at the superior market location named Jennifer just freaking shot me to the stars. Finally a ria employee was able to do the tasks of cashing my money order replacements. If there's anyone out there that is going through the ugly ring around the rosie bs I've been going through pls bring urself here and ask for Jennifer:) thank you jennnn<3

Worst experience EVER the past few times I’ve gone. Jennifer F was the worst operator there. I’ve had the unfortunate luck to have her the past few times service me. She had five people waiting in line and she left to use the restroom. 25 MINUTES. Came back walking slower than a sloth, with awful attitude. Really bad representation of the company. Had no itch whatsoever to apologize for the wait. She’s refused us service before. She’s been fifteen minutes late with opening taking her sweet time and sitting there. As if just making it worse. Nothing like the other operator, who is actually good with customer service. Jennifer F should be fired, no reason to have such representation ruin the image. And it’s not just me, several clients I’ve spoken to at that location have had bad experiences with her too. If you hate your job go work elsewhere.
