Came in 6/9/25 @ 11am for passport appt. The young lady who helped me was wonderful! Great attitude, awesome customer service and explained everything thoroughly. My first time getting my passport and I was nervous it was going to be difficult but she made the whole process quick and easy.

USPS is NOT that Trustworthy when it comes to shipping Packages and Envelopes.
On August 14th, I shipped an Envelope.
Inside the Envelope has my Drawings and Paintings.
Generous Gifts to a Friend who lives in Dallas, Texas.
From Hawthorne, California to Dallas, Texas.
The Lady in the the Counter was Nice enough to do me a favor to ship it to Dallas, Texas.
I looked into the USPS Website to track down the Envelope.
3 days later, according to the USPS Website it said
"Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 6:37 pm on August 17, 2024 in DALLAS, TX" and the Zip code.
I wished they would show me a Picture of where exactly did they shipped the Envelope.
It's been about a week already.
I haven't heard anything from my Friend.
I haven't received a message from my Friend regarding about the Envelope.
He didn't tell me anything.
I deserve to know what happened to the Envelope.
I have every right to know.
I'm the Artist.
The Envelope has my Drawings and Paintings.
My time and effort.
I'm assuming they lied and still have my Envelope with my Drawings and Paintings.
I am very Upset.
1 Star for this Business.
I hope this Crap doesn't happen to anyone else.
Don't put your trust to this type of Places.
It's no wonder why most people would trust UPS and FedEx nowadays.

I had an appointment for my daughters passport application and Mary Jo made the whole process as easy as possible. She provided great customer service and made sure we had everything completely and accurately filled out.

Not a good experience. I went there to see if I could find out about my mom not receiving mail since 5/28/24 and to see if I could pick up whatever mail was there for her and had accumulated over the last 3 weeks. I had followed all the proper steps to find out why and after submitting 3 service requests, all which have been canceled, wanted to see if they could give me any info. They couldn’t because I wasn’t my mom. I told them I had my ID and a picture of her ID and she is bedridden and could not come in. They told me I had to talk to a supervisor. After waiting about 15 minutes I asked again what I was waiting for. I’m old a supervisor who was not there and would not be back for another hour or more. I asked if there’s only one supervisor and was told yes! I asked if I could be called when he was back and I just kept being told I had to talk to the supervisor. Needless to say I wasn’t going back and wasting anymore time there…..unbelievable!!

Patrick was great the day that I dropped off my packages. However that's where the good service ends. My package has been lost!!!!! And I have been trying to make contact with the postal service ever since and no one will answer the phone. The tracking number shows that it is still in the LA sorting depo. And no one will make contact with me to tell me what to do next

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. I scheduled a passport appt in December and when I showed up on Jan. 5th, the person had called out. I received no prior notification, so when my husband and I showed up for my child's passport, no one was able to help and no apology was given other than "people don't show up to work sometimes". I rescheduled for today, I showed up at 2:43pm for a 2:45pm appt. Then when they finally helped me, they claimed I wasn't there on time and therefore couldn't help me. The family ahead of me was 30 minutes late for their 2:15 appointment, literally at the same time I showed up for mine. The representative at the window then asked why I didn't come up to the window at my time...I then proceeded to tell her everything that had been happening while I was patiently waiting and had checked in at my arrival, to be told to wait on the side while they helped the 2 people ahead of me. I was STANDING there the entire time, yet the passport lady chose to spend her time printing out a sheet to prove to me that I wasn't on her list, even though I had a confirmation email and number to show her. Both agents were extremely unhelpful ,rude, and truly don't care about being helpful. The rep even said she had to go home at 3, so she couldn't help me.BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is a mess. They couldn't even give me the name of the manager or who was in charge. I think they honestly don't know and our complaints wouldn't make a difference to their quality of service.

This post office has been in severe decline for years. It’s filthy inside, messy and unorganized, the staff I have encountered lately , their general answers to the most simplest inquiries are “I don’t know you will have to talk to my supervisor” but don’t know the supervisor’s name. Lastly and the most important they always “lose” or do not deliver packages. Mail will be scanned delivered and NEVER show up. Recently a package was scanned delivered - I have yet to get it! It’s ongoing and frustrating how poorly managed this site is. I have reached out repeatedly about my package and no one has responded. A pathetic situation.

The 5 stars are for Eryea! She is always friendly and very helpful. I truly appreciate the great customer service that she provides, she definitely deserves a promotion. I am a long time customer and have had a po box at this location for MANY years. I can agree that the customer service at this location has changed. However, every interaction with Eryea has been great.

Wow after reading a few posted I'm surprised. The clerk #17 was helpful and friendly. The clerk # 5 is very efficient and has even corrected my mistakes.
