“i came in today after my car’s engine overheated. while were seen after their open hours as specified by google, they were open - unfortunately, i found that the shop was dismissive, a bit belittling, and eager to see us out. i am appreciative of the owner’s willingness to help, but after running codes on our car and peeking under the code, he outstretched his hand as if to shake mine, saying, in a tone that i thought must’ve been a joke, “I need $40” — and within the next few seconds, i realized that he was not kidding. i handed him two $20s and left - but this was a low grade scam. i have been to numerous auto shops/auto body shops and have asked to have codes run, and have never been met with such a strange attitude with a commitment to squeezing a dollar out of me. leaving a 4 star review here because the owners seem like beloved community members, and because no work was actually done - just wanted to share this experience for others in a pinch. from what i can ascertain, get work done here - but don’t go looking for straightforward answers unless you’re getting a service from them. they will make sure you pay for their time.”
“had a leak in front tire of our C-class RV. they fixed it fast , I think 40 min. or so. and it was the end of the day , ( they were tired) .

“Don't expect an office with computers and a receptionist. This is a rare down home mechanic. Jeff and Chris are the only staff. They do a fantastic honest job with a side of sarcasm. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He replaced an entire engine for us, brakes, leaks, sounds in front end. It is known in our house to call Jeff with any problem!”
“Was connected by AAA with Edmonds Towing when my car broke down on the grapevine. Chris, my driver was super friendly and saved me time and money driving me to their mechanic shop, who also did a great job. I will be writing a separate review for them. If you end up with them consider yourself lucky!”
“Got stranded on the grapevine and had my vehicle towed to Fas. It was towed Sunday evening and although Monday was a holiday they took a look at it and fixed it that day. Family owned business so everyone was amazing! Highly recommend this place. I wish we lived closer so they could be our regular mechanic.”

“Mike and Mike came and assisted me at the last minute. They basically closed up shop and came to see me to correct and ascertain my water hose issue. I was panicked but they put my mind at ease. They were very friendly and professional. In my line of business I come across people that might definitely need their assistance and will be happy to refer this business.”
