As a truck driver facing a breakdown emergency, I was delighted that they offered a discount for CDL holders (no deposit). I checked in around 1 am, and the staff accommodated me with a late check out (2 pm) at no extra charge. I could get my laundry done and make travel arrangements with plenty of time. Sizable bathroom with a hot shower and powerful water pressure. It was a difficult night, but I felt refreshed, clean, and restored as the bed/pillows were so comfortable. As a new customer, BW has earned my business. The breakfast was overwhelmingly successful with so many tasty options to fit any diet/ preference (you’ve got to try the muffins). The only problem I had was the guests, a couple, who didn’t wash their hands before helping themselves to breakfast. Once I saw a lady put her hands in her pockets and on her hips and continued to touch and grab things, I was instantly turned off. I’m glad I had already gotten my fix before they helped themselves. There should be a sign encouraging guests to wash their hands and be courteous to others, as they are not the only ones who will be eating.

I must start with the wonderful service from the staff. They are so responsive and honest. I left some personal items there and they swiftly helped me recover them. Great staff!! Rooms are very clean and there are lots of nice options to walk to and get a bite to eat. Also, the grounds are nice. I’d definitely stay again!

For what it was - a 3 star, mid-price-range, commuter hotel with a pool in cow-country...it fell way below expectations. The pool was disgusting. Literally murky and hairballs in the corner. ALL carpet - in room and in hallways- were disgusting. There is no money being put back into the place whatsoever and there is no way this is a 3 star hotel. The front desk lady was great and professional and friendly and helpful. But the hotel is gross.

Stay away if you have allergies. Couldn't sleep all night, they let pets in rooms but don't clean or vacuum properly. I was miserable. Not going back.

Overall ok experience but hotel is kinda run down. Kids loved the pool, staff was friendly but busy on their phones. Room had a moist smell. First hotel breakfast I didn’t find anything I wanted to eat. Location good with some decent food options and Tesla supercharger in walking distance.

The rooms literally have dips, carpets smell and the bathroom have broken toilet tanks. The shower pressure is down to a drip. After tasting my coffee that was just bitter water, I looked around for toast and none to be found. I have stayed at motels that are better kept.

The location was perfect for our road trip from San Fran to Phoenix. We were disappointed when we arrived because the pool was closed for cleaning. We purposely chose this hotel for the indoor pool to help the Littles get out their wiggles.
Also, our toliet was clogged, so we needed to get a plunger from the front desk. Luckily, they were very accomondating.

Pros: The receptionist was friendly, there’s plenty of parking and it’s right off the highway and easy to reach.
Cons: The hotel smelled like vomit and there was loud construction noise alllll night long.

When traveling south of Sacramento the grapevine, staying at this hotel after a long hot ride dow staying at this hotel is well worth it.
The hotel is very comfortable, the beds, blankets and pillows were sooo comfortable, even tho it was extremely hor outside both times on the way down and back up once in the room you don't even remember how hot it is outside.
Also for th9se people wanting to cool down there's a nice swimming pool and hot tub although it was being repaired or updated.
No elevator tho
Nearby activities: They have a brand new shopping micro mall across from the hotel if you need to purchase a last minute thing or for a bite to eat
