  Great place to get gas well lit at night. Very clean outside as well as inside the store. They have a big selection of snacks and hot and cold beverages. Food Court with hot meals including pizza. Cold sandwiches, Cinnabon and Dunkin Donut express. Very friendly staff. They also carry items to keep you on the road, motor oil, antifreeze etc. Restrooms and Showers available for purchase.

  I was very disappointed. I waited 3 hours. I had 32 guests in front of me, and when I was 3 in line. I was told no more showers tonight. Because the crew member that cleans the shower just quit right at 11 pm .

  Absolutely the last time I will stop at a Pilot unless it’s an emergency. I should’ve known better than to think I could get a shower in under an hour. “Oh, our maintenance guy is on break.” I stopped short for my break specifically to take a shower here…again, I should’ve known better!

  Worst coffee ever. Basically hot water. All the other coffee was cold . No hot food available . Super chemical smelling inside.

  Nice stop. Clean. Staff is friendly, but dont expect to get a shower in less than an hour. I have been here on multiple occasions... 20+ people waiting. I went to the back where the showers are... 14 showers... 12 vacant. Its like they only use 2 of their showers. I decided to write this review tonight after waiting an hour for a shower, and LITERALLY no one else was in there. My number was the only number on screen. 5 stars if they fix the shower situation.

  Don’t get showers here. They are super lazy to clean back after someone gets out of shower.
  The guy how supposed to clean left the shower and went
  
  They don’t care about drivers time.

  The people are lazy to clean showers and even in the day. Poor management. Wendy's food is horrible.

  There was a very unfair situation between a manager and an employee which he should have handled privately. The Clerk#450Pos2 14:02pm hope the employee puts a report on the manager for handing the situation very unprofessional.
