Customer service is horrible on top of that you are paying double at this location and they did not change the prices on the board of the drive-through.

Great food selections. Loves the box combos at reasonable prices. Service was quick and the food was very warm upon delivery. Very nice overall.

First off, I use the Taco Bell app to order my food when I'm about 10 min away. The prices in the app are much lower than in the store. If you order for pickup they immediately start working on it vs if you do drive thru, they don't start until you check in. This Taco Bell is one of the nicer ones. Bathrooms are very clean. It's a great road trip pit stop for food and bathroom break. I've never had an order messed up and everything has been made well.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE HERE! OVERPRICED TACO BELL LOCATION. JUST A HEADS UP NOT A RECOMMENDED STOP.The owner of this store really needs re-evaluate their pricing. On the way to Disneyland and for a Combo #1, 2 bean burritos, and 1 cinnamon twist...Almost $30! No wonder In & Out across the street was way busier (besides them having better food). This Taco bell had no line and no one in the parking lot, we thought we scored a quicker meal. It turns out we were taken advantage of. We were hungry and paid for it anyway. We ordered more food with cheeper pricing inside Disneyland.

I like their order kiosk. Food was good and we didn't have to wait long. Clean bathrooms.

How do I tell you my order, you repeat my order, double check what I said, write it down correctly on the ticket, and still give me the wrong thing? The 99 doesn't exactly have many places to flip a U, so I ended up paying for food I couldn't even eat.

$4 for one bean and cheese burrito. Price gauge. Insane. Prices are crazy for Taco Bell.

Check the prices before you decide to eat here. They’re twice as much as a regular Taco Bell which defeats the purpose of eating at Taco Bell.

Received bad service, but also the main reason for this review was after the fact we realized the prices were about double of what we normally pay at Taco Bell. Our bill was ridiculously high for just a few items and when we later compared to our local Taco Bell at home, we realize they spike the prices here. We will never go to this location again now that we know

We stop at this taco bell every time we drive through the grapevine. They never miss and always give us great service. Breakfast crunch wrap was on point today!

PRICES ARE SUPER HIGH!!!! ??It’s privately owned, and the greedy owner doubled all the prices. Just skip that one!Bean burrito cost 4 dollars! It’s 2 any other taco bell location

By far the slowest taco bell on the planet and.. 2x - 3x the amount of any other taco bell.I have tried to come through here a few times in the last few months.Find another taco bell and save yourself 30 minutes. It took 20 minutes for the 3 cars ahead of me. From the time I paid for 2 items after waiting 20 minutes took 6 more.Nice people at the window... worst time ever.

Extremely poor service/policy trying to get food tonight. Me and my wife were on a road trip coming from LA and on our way we were trying to order two deluxe cravings boxes on the app to pick up on our way. Unfortunately the app seemed to be down as even after multiple attempts over about 10mins still was getting "not responding" error. The food we order is an "app only" item, however we assumed that since the app wasn't working they would still be able to accommodate our order in person.Boy we're we mistaken... we got in the drive through and tried to order, was told a flat "no you can't order that in person, try this other(completely different unrelated item). And I said no that's not going to work. I thought maybe if I just walked in person and showed them the order on the app(since the box I was trying to order was multiple items figured it would be easy to show them the list). I spoke to a manager who told me with a huge attitude that it was "impossible" for us to get the food that I was trying to order for the sole reason that it was not ordered through the app. I politely showed her that the app wasn't working with the error and could you please just add the same items and either do a manual charge or discount it down to the price that it should have been if I ordered through the app. She told me no and if I wanted the food I was trying to order it would be ~$39 instead of the $22 total I was showing on the app. I'm sorry but there are only two options to this. Either this extremely unhelpful manager was just too lazy to do a manual discount/manual entry, or if she was actually telling the truth that there was NOTHING she could do to workaround, then that's insane how garbage of tools a manager has at their disposal(honestly I find this hard to believe).
