It's not a five tier place, but there's always something for someone.

They advertise 24 hours but once it's 1 am those doors are locked and they don't reopen until 5 am. Every day for 2 weeks straight it's been like this

Horrible Business it’s a franchise owned by a old Indian couple that are rude seems to be racist and grumpy and cranky I don’t know why they work there over charging stuff more expensive than all the other 7-Eleven‘s this is the worst 7-Eleven in San Diego I advise anybody not to come to this location do not support these people

This 7-Eleven is clean and small. Came to buy a Coca-Cola small bottle. The register cashier clerk was rude manner. He said: is that all. I said:yes! Pay and left out of there. Didn't like how this register cashier clerk was talking to me. Had attitude & issues problems. Customers beware of coming here. Bad ?services.

Used to come in all the time … until cashier Indian lady gave my son a torn 5 dollar bill .. I went back in and gave it back to her she wouldn’t take it talking about “not taking torn money” yet she was quick to give it to my son… the last straw was when she tried to scam my son and charge him more than what he actually was getting… scammers at this location.. won’t be returning here ever. I believe in Karma so she’ll get hers.

This is the worst 7/11 to go, don't go there ever again in your life. They have a lack of service with the food and not only the food they have bad customer service to. Let me show a picture of what kind of "spicy bites" I ordered...

Don't waste your time with this one. They want to charge a dollar for ice. Any of the inner city 7-Elevens will give you a free cup of ice, you're already buying something.

I went to this 711 tonight and my son and sister was accused of stealing when they were eating a snickers they bought at the beach earlier that day. I bought a couple of items and noticed I was triple charged and the store guy wouldn't give me my money back. I would like to bring these 2 Somalians to the managers attention. They are charging people cards for extra money and when confronted acting like you did purchase those items even with the bag of items and receipt and still refuse to give you money back. What a fraud move to make.

The owner is so mean everytime I go in. I don't know what her problem is. I'll be going to a different 711

Friendly staff for the most part, prices are less than desirable, but as is at most convenience stores. Layout can be improved, checkout lines are confusing, although marked people kind of just line up wherever.

Came in on Sunday early afternoon. The cashier was literally on the phone watching a video on her phone while she was ringing me up. I had to ask for a paper bag for my beer and the receipt. In prior visits, I had to tell the same cashier to “FOCUS”. It was as she has never had a real job or has not been trained. Scattered brain.I blame herself, the store manager (if there is one) the store owner and the franchise for not setting expectations and training for customer service. You mind as well put a self cash out register to replace this employee. GARBAGE.
