They want me to buy tires before to alignment I don’t have money for tires and he denied to work on my car
Just need alignment’s after replacing the rack and pinion. I have no money left
they can’t tell people to buy when we have no money
the vibe was super weird I felt so uncomfortable that I left I felt so. Down and he was looking me from top to bottom
Criticism my decision not to buy tire.
He made me feel so embarrassing and poor tbh. I walk away asap

Had a prepaid voucher for oil change thought I’d try this place out. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment? Was told no, c’mon in. I get there and the sole counter person was on a call and proceeded to ignore me for 15 mins. The phones ringing off the hook he couldn’t be bothered to answer and put them on hold, I was then informed my voucher was only good for up to $100 and I’d have to pay $150 for the oil change which didn’t make sense. Why not $50? After an hour of waiting I finally asked when my car was going to go on the rack? The shop was very slow no reason it took that long he finally took it the bays and they got it done in 20mins. Horrible customer service, and wait time was ridiculous, I won’t be back.

I’ve been coming here for about 15 years, back when it was Lavelle, then Jerrell, and through a couple of other owners since. Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined over time.
Most recently, I asked if fluid top-offs were included with my oil change. I was told yes, so I prepaid for it. Later I found out it wasn’t done. When I called, I was told to bring my car back in so they could top it off. But when I arrived, they said they didn’t have the fluid or that it would be an extra $7 charge—despite the fact I had already prepaid and confirmed it was included.
This kind of miscommunication and lack of consistency makes it hard to trust the service anymore. Will be going elsewhere or doing my own maintenance from now on.

Great prices! Super fast service i would definitely recommend. I needed to replace all 4 tires and needed to pick my grandson up from school they did everything in time for me to pick him up. 1hr in and out the door. Thanks again. guys ill be back for sure.

I ordered a tire that I had to have that day on the 1 800 number on their Website and was promised The tire would be at the location in Lemon Grove on Broadway By 5 o'clock of that day . I showed up and they said there was a mistake, and The tire was not there.i'd never do business with them again, and would highly not recommend them.

Made an appointment online for an alignment. They had me in and out relatively fast. Clear and concise communication by the gentleman named Subi. I own multiple cars and they definitely have earned future business with me.
