I visited the AT&T store at the College Grove location and received excellent customer service from Hunter James. The service was professional and prompt. Additionally, the rest of the staff were very kind. This was my first time at this location, and I will be returning in the future due to the superb care I received from the amazing crew.

I went on January 17th looking for an affordable plan, Anthony barely gave me information about the plans, I had to ask questions to try to find something that fit my needs. They only told me that they had nothing for me and that I should look elsewhere, and so it was, I went to T Mobile and came out with two lines at a great price and benefits. Unfortunately I did not receive the attention I read in the comments. Avoid the pain of going.

A lot nicer than I expected. I live down the street so I thought I would check it out. First thing I noticed was the inside was surprisingly nice. The outside of the building doesn't look the greatest tbh so it was a pleasant surprise. As soon as I walked in this chill dude named Johnny greeted me. He was informative and no pressure which was nice. He fixed my issue quickly and I was on my way. Coming in-store for anything can be a pain these days but I can say my experience was smooth
