Autoline Collision provided excellent customer service. Farmers wanted to use used parts and Autoline was very helpful getting me OEM parts. I am still waiting for a response from the Department of Insurance for an up and over approval so my vehicle gets painted correctly as the insurance company does not want to do the repairs per OEM procedures. Vinny and Yuri did a great job keeping me informed and I look forward to working with them again.

I was rear ended and given my choice of bodyshop to bring my car to. I had brought my car to Autoline given the numerous other 5 star reviews and it did not disappoint. Not only did they replace my bumper perfectly but they helped me acquire payments from insurance for my rental car coverage and handled all the leg work involving the insurance. The only holdup I experienced was the insurance company playing insurance games which they handled on my behalf. If it wasn't for the insurance company they were ready to work on my car ASAP. I picked up my car fully vacuumed and cleaned as well. They even drove me from the body shop to the rental car place and back when it was time to pick up my car. Additionally, my car was at the lakeside location(a good ways from me) and they drove it over to the Lemon Grove location no problem at all. Even offered to return my rental car for me. Family owned and honest people, do not hesitate to give them a ring.

I always have such a fantastic experience with Autoline! I recently brought my car in to get a leak near my roof fixed. The team was amazing in diagnosing what the problem was and keeping me informed and explaining everything they were doing along the way. They were able to diagnose the problem and have a solution and have my car fixed so fast! I was never left questioning what was happening or surprised by any extra fees, they were transparent about the entire process and price the whole time and were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Autoline to anybody looking for professional and exceptional quality work!

I recommend this shop for anyone who wants your car to get done right ! Josue made sure my car was taking care of when my insurance didn’t want to . He went through many obstacles to make sure the car came out back to how it was originally . They made sure my paint was perfect and the right match . This shop makes sure they put their work first ! They made me feel like my car was safe and taken care of . They called me every week to give me updates as well. Now my car is back to new and I’m happy and will definitely come back to this shop when I need more work done !

These guys are amazing. Do not think twice to bring your car here they get down with the work and honestly, their price is super reasonable and the answer pretty quick only downside it was a bit away from where I live, but it was totally worth the drive I know I now have an honest shop and they work with my insurance. My Inssurance told me to take it to their place, but I read the reviews and it had really bad reviews. I’m honestly glad I did not go over there. I will never think twice to bring it here.

Amazing service and for an awesome price. The staff are unbelievably friendly and walk you through every detail. They also stay in constant communication which is rare for a body shop. Couldn’t recommend them more!

This Is the go to place for any collision any damage for your vehicles and repairs and paint?When you engage them, I can assure you that your vehicle will be complete like new, as it came out from The showroom dealership??? .
