Carlos - store manager was very knowledgeable and helped me get the best windshield wipers (Bosch) for my vehicle at the best price. Not only that, he went above and beyond and installed all 3 on my vehicle. “My new go-to battery place in south Bay Area. Just several miles from my home. Ironically, another company referred me to Julio C Battery because they didn't have the battery that I needed in stock. I procrastinated with one car and the other car had to keep getting jump start. At this point, I decided it was time to get my replacements on both, asap.
I had arrived at the Julio C battery shop. Greeted by Julio's daughter who appeared to be running the shop today. She was helpful and informative about the batteries, etc. The shop had all kinds of batteries that were ready to go. Both of my car batteries were replaced in no time. I honestly thought I would be waiting for an hour or so. Service was quick. Staff were available to conduct the change out without issues.

The first time I went here they were unable to access my order for a pair of rhino ramps I ordered online, so I ended up going home and having to confirm with their online support. It turned out that my return barcode was not in the store's local inventory system hence the refusal from the first visit. Online support communicated with Victor and sent over the invoice and needed information to process my return. Thanks for the help and great service”

“Had an unusual issue. My water heater has electronic ignition. It's like a spark wire. One end was bad and the good end is smaller that the other. I called and spoke with Manager Kevin. Kevin said he just had a customer with similar problems a few days ago. I took the wire in and met with Manager Kevin. He found a compatible end and boot. He took the time to cut back the wire, crimped the new end on and installed the boot. Installed the repaired wire on the water heater fired right up. Manager Kevin is the man. Thank You so much.”

“My 2023 Volvo read the temperature outside as being over 109 degrees. It told me that the coolant was critically low and I needed to stop the car asap. I was on my way to a party at the lake Murray park. Fortunately I was at the light and saw OReilly. Mark helped me. He was so kind and efficient. He made sure I had the proper coolant and told me that he would be more than happy to help me put the coolant in when the car cools. My daughter picked me up and we enjoyed the party. We came back and Mark, true to his word, helped me. Thanks to him, my car is healthy and I’m able to get home safely. I live nowhere near the area, but when my car is in need, I’ll be back.”

“I really tip my hat to the gentlemen working at this location. Not only did I feel defeated upon arriving, but I was really ticked off with their competitor AutoZone. I will never step another foot in an AutoZone. Although I was fuming and outraged as soon as I walked into this O'Reillys I was greeted by a couple of fellas offering help with a smile. I was caught off-guard and had to do a doubletake. What was this thing called?... This feeling of friendliness and value?... Of equality and respect? Oh yeah... It's called quality customer service... I was absolutely dumbfounded and my mood suddenly lifted when I saw their smiling faces eager to assist. It wasn't long before I started describing what I had been on the hunt for and sent straight to the aisle to gather my prize and complete my mission. I went on to tell the two employees about my previous stop and they confirmed that this sort of thing happens quite often. Finishing up the transaction the cashier informed me that I would receive a refund for the items I didn't need or couldn't use. As if reassuring me that I was welcome and they wanted me to come back to do more business. These experiences seem to be further apart and almost non-existent in today's world. I am very grateful for O'Reilly's hiring these guys. Golden!!!”
