If I can give a negative 0 I would! Let me start with this pharmacy is a piece of work. Pointless waste of time to go and get your prescriptions here when they overcharge and also bill you for insurance and also you saying your insurance does not cover. I waited on hold 20 minutes on the line all to have to drive down to the cvs and everyone doing not a damn thing! It's so slow in the afternoon. They have two works standing in the front doing nothing helping each other. The manager who claims to be "Maria" says she is manager but did not have any badge on to explain her position. I asked got for policy for filling medication and she said she couldn't show me that it's confidential. The ladies are talking back to me ask I'm letting them know I have them on recording not doing a damn thing and the phone line not ringing as if they put it on silent. I called at 2pm to get this filled and then when I had to call back to check status they said it's filled and then tells me some ridiculous price for 3 medicines one including ibuprofen. I ended up wanting to switch due to price poor customer service and everything else along with it & they made it so difficult for a customer to get there medicine. I also told the lady me having to come down here sick and with kidney pain if I have go ER I'll sure for malpractice of playing games with a prescriptions and then they said they faxed it knowing there fax does not work. Huge waste of time, effort, no apology. The store is dirty, unorganized and so pathetic of there "cvs" policies. When you work for a company you hold there values & they can't handle that there and said "oh we try out best". The middle Eastern lady should not hold a job with such a title to be treating patients like that period. When will people learn to treat people with respect. If it was your family you'd care but since it's not I'm irrelevant to you. Go find another job if your don't like working and actually helping people. The freezers also have been out for months and months on end.no repair and probably have not even reported it to corporate. I also will be reaching out to California state to let them know of this incident.

I LOVE this pharmacy and All the people who work there as they are so friendly knowledgeable and professional !!! But mostly cause they treat me with Love Care And Respect !!! They also keep making it possible for me to get all my meds at one time as I am disabled and on a fixed income and cannot make six trips a month to go there !!!! Props to all the staff with a special shout-out to Greg.

I recieved 5.00 extra bucks on my receipt. I brought it in the next day and showed the cashier. She said it was invalid?? Called customer service and she couoldnt find it. I wont be shopping CVS ever again if thats how they roll.

After every online search says that the store closes at 10 PM, I showed up at 9 PM and the girl is standing at the door verbally telling people that they are closed with no explanation. There's nothing in the window that says their hours are different than 10 PM, I guess they just felt like getting off early today.

Gentlemen at the pharmacy who administered my vaccine was timely informative and very helpful. Would recommend going here if you need a booster or an actual vaccine.

This is one of the worst pharmacies. The people working here are nice enough but they are always understaffed. Even if you get the call that your medicine is ready, you'll be waiting in a line on average 20-40 minutes in my experiences here.

I called prior to picking up my prescription and was told there was an insurance issues. They wouldn't fix it over the phone. I came in and Kat helped me. They had me stand in one line. Then had me stand in another line. I had a copay and she asked if I still want the medication. She also told me that this location doesn't take manufacturers coupons. Ummmm yes that's why I'm here. She fixed the insurance issues then had me go back into the pick up line all over again. Mind you I had already waited. I had to get back in line behind 7 people. Poor customer service

CVS pharmacy gave my 3 year oldSon the wrong medication!! Very dangerous pharmacy. Thank god I checked it because my husband picked it up and normally I handle sons meds. Can't trust workers there.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year and a half, and I just can't take it anymore. DANGEROUS HANDLING OF PRESCRIPTIONS This pharmacy was out of my medication and unable to fill my prescription for months. They just kept saying tommorow.... this is very dangerous behavior. Had they been honest that the supplier was having difficulty, I may have been able to see if my doctor could transfer my prescription elsewhere for the month, but no, they kept leading me on. NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE When I call, they take over an hour to answer (yes, I wait) AUTOMATED SYSTEM DOESNT WORK Instead of waiting an hour + to speak to someone I used their phone system to order refills. My refill never processed. I received a text that 1 prescription needed my doctor's approval. I waited almost 2 weeks for my other 2 prescriptions to be refilled. The automated system never processed them. So, I had to wait an hour and a half on the phone to speak with someone and tell them I needed a refill. She processed one prescription within 2 hours. (Luckily, since I had one pill left.) The second, they now have to order because they don't have any in stock... INCORRECT REFILL AMOUNT My prescription is for 90 day refills and they gave me a 30 day refill. My insurance doesn't cover 30 day refills. (They have done this multiple times, this last time they claimed its because I only had 30 days left on the refill, which doesn't make sense to me, but whatever) DONT RECEIVE DOCUMENTS They "never receive" the documents from my doctor. If this had been once with one doctor, sure, but this has happened multiple times with different doctors. I don't believe all of my doctors are incompetent, it's more likely that the one thing my doctors have in common, CVS, isn't doing something correct.

Very bad customer service when it comes to calling them. Haha everytime I call them I feel like I'm calling EDD unemployment or DMV ... its crazy how they put you on hold for a very long time (more than an hr) then they'll say "hold on I'll put you on hold, another long wait " And, there are times were the staff is rude. .oh well!

I made an online reservation for a flu shot and was ignored for almost an hour, while they took many walk up customers with no reservations. The pharmacist blamed his staff and took no responsibility himself, very unprofessional to throw your staff and co-workers under the bus

4 stars for being a mini-grocery story -1 star for being over priced (by a small amount) as in, if CVS charges $5, you could probobly get the same item for $3.50 at a walmart, but you have to do a lot more walking, dealing with longer lines, and wal-mart craziness, so you are paying to make your life easier Every CVS I have ever been in, including this one, has been clean, the staff is polite and I can find what I need. Yes, they do charge more then other places, but considering they have both a pharmacy , they sell soap, shampoo, cold and dry food items, they do have variety atleast. Also, I used to have a job where I drove around a lot, and I would go into a CVS pharmacy (if one was close by) and stop to get a snack. They had a deal where, if you pay $75 once, then once a month, for 12 months, you get $10 for store credit. $120 of store credit, minus the $75 upfront, the $45 dollars you are "making" covers the fact that you are paying a bit more then a store with longer lines. Well played CVS. I have never had a problem with the pharmacy either. I have picked up prescriptions and gotten shots here. My review of the reviews Some people have complained about the service or they prescription was not ready. The medical industry is a serious business, if the pharmacy were to give out the wrong drug or the wrong dosage, it could kill someone, not to mention the law suit. So, be paitent with the pharmacy. I think nowadays, you can have your medicine mailed to you, no longer do you need to actually go to the pharmacy, unless you need to pick it up right away.

This CVS is always really bright and clean. I enjoy doing my shopping here. I just started couponing recently and I know that couponers have a pretty bad rep, but I try my best to not fall in the same category. I have to say that this is the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered. Shout out to Carol. She is an angel and the sweetest most patient cashier. I truly enjoy my shopping experience here.

There is always a line at the pharmacy and they take forever! They used to be horrible only having one register open at the pharmacy, but I've noticed lately that they will open another line more quickly. Getting through the line at the front is also horrible. Usually only one line open and it takes forever. I will pick up things in the store and then wait online at the pharmacy to pick up an RC to pay. If the line at the front has more than 2 people waiting, I'll leave and go someplace else. I really dislike going there at all!
